This Brand New modern smart home condo, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, washer/dryer, kitchens, and corner balcony with stunning mountain views! Located in the up-and-coming Versalles district, this smart home is a short walk or Uber from the beach, shopping, and restaurants.
The Rooftop pool is stunning with mountains and ocean views, the 24/7 security/doorman is also a great feature of this building. Located in the heart of Vallarta in one of the most up and coming neighborhoods with tons of amazing restaurants from local to upscale to street tacos (one of the best tacos places is directly across from the building and open till 1am), you can find traditional Mexican, Asian, or Italian all in a few blocks’ radius. You have access to beaches within walking distance or take a very inexpensive Uber ride or bus-ride to the downtown restaurants and beaches on the Malecon. Costco is just a 5 min walk from the building which is next to the nicest supermarkets in Vallarta called La Comer. We will provide a list of all our favorite restaurants and shopping locations, the neighborhood has that authentic real charm, but with all the modern amenities needed during your stay, while being close to everything Vallarta has to offer.

Clean and comfirtable

My husband and I stayed in this suite for one week with our adult son and his significant other. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities in the suite and the building. The unit itself was clean, the beds comfortable. We would recommend this unit and would stay here again.

This is an awesome place. The condo was just right. The building and pool area was superb and the neighborhood was terrific. More restaurants within 3-4 blocks than we could possible try during our ten day stay. Having the supermarket and Costco within 4 block walking distance was very handy.

Love this neighborhood!

The condo was perfect for us! It's modern, clean, and enough space for a family of 4 to do their own thing when we wanted. Bathrooms are large and clean. The bed in the master is very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the roof top deck lounging in the sun and using the infinity pool to cool down. It was such a relaxing space. The neighborhood is our new favorite! We picked up coffee everyday at the shop across the street. Our teenagers had crepes several times from another cute place right across the street. There's an awesome 14 seat bar called The Office right across the street. We made our way through their cocktail list. Owners are lovely people. Highly recommend Bario Bistro, Cha for breakfast or lunch, Abulon to eat amazing seafood with the locals (it's packed on Sundays), and when you need non-Mexican inspired food: La Tosca Trattoria was excellent Italian food. All in all, the whole experience was just fantastic for our whole family. (Full disclosure: this neighborhood is evolving quickly so there is bound to be some construction going on. It didn't bother us because we hung out on the 8th floor during the day or we were on day trips. We're city folk and didn't find it intrusive.)

We really enjoyed our stay. This modern condo is located in Versalles, up and coming neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. So many great restaurants are within walking distance and short Uber ride to tourist destinations, making this location very convenient. Our host, Jonathan was always available if you have any questions.

Fantastic apartment in charming PV neighborhood

This place was beautiful and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The location worked well for us as taxis are easy to get and there are supermarkets and a huge selection of restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent. I’d stay here again and will recommend it to others. We are world travelers who prefer rental units to hotels. This place was truly one of our favorites.

Great Location

Enjoyed the location - property is new and clean. Could use a TV for the little ones. Host was prompt and a pleasure to work with. Hope to visit again.
