Terra Lago includes a gorgeous lake, mini parks, gated access, 24 hour security and is 5 mins away from supermarkets and Fantasy Casino. The house has 10ft ceilings, new fireplace, outdoor BBQ, new saltwater system and LED lights inside the pool and backyard and much more for your complete satisfaction.

Please respect my neighbors during the day and the noise levels.
Total number of guests must be disclosed as gated community keeps track of every guest that comes into each residence.
âąNO DRUGS ALLOWED IN THE PREMISES âą
Failure to follow this will result in an immediate eviction without prior notice and forfeiture of all prepaid rent and deposits.
Please contact owner for information regarding SPA/Pool Heat fees. Pool and jacuzzi heat not included.
Pool Heat fees will apply if guests choose to heat the pool(complimentary 3 hour jacuzzi heating daily).

Guest access
After existing the I-10 there is a 24 hour security gate on Ave 44. Provide your name and drivers license for the guest pass to freely enter and exit the community. The house has a garage with 2 parking spaces inside and 2 parking spaces on the driveway.
Guests can self check-in. The hosts will provide door keypad code before check-in.
Other things to note
During the following festivals (Coachella, Stagecoach, Desert Trip) if property is left very dirty there will be additional $1000.00 cleaning fee.
No smoking is allowed inside the house, there will be a $500 charge for smoking inside.
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING ON THE STREET
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PARKING VIOLATION.
Overnight parking citation will be $150 per vehicle after 2 am.
The property has a garage with 2 parking spaces inside and 2 parking spaces on the driveway for a total of FOUR parking spots. Additional parking is available outside the community gates.
Additional $500 cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left extremely dirty or any pet hair is found .
NO COMMERCIAL CARS ARE ALLOWED( VAN, TRUCK WITHOUT SIDE WINDOWS OR ANY COMPANY NAME WRITING ON THE CARS
POOL:
All pool heating arrangements must be made and paid for in advance. There will be a charge of $100 per day for pool heating (includes spa heating on demand) or spa (heated on demand) $35/day. If you have made these arrangements in advance, the pool temperature will be set at 84 degree. Jacuzzi temperature is controlled from an off-site location . Contact the host for jacuzzi temperature change.
***ALL CHILDREN AGES 0-16 MUST BE SUPERVISED BY AN ADULT DURING POOL USE, AND AROUND POOL OR LAKE AREA***.
Dishes and cookware should be rinsed and placed in the dishwasher upon check-out.
Please ensure that the sliders, doors, and windows are shut and locked upon check-out.
Please take out trash and place them in the appropriate bins located near the side of the house.
NO music after 10PM.
