Home was very nice. However, it is lacking some essential items like hangers, extra pillows, extra blankets, paper towel, amongst other items. The towels needed to be replaced because they are old and worn. The bedrooms had only sheer curtains, which let a lot of light in. Overall, the accommodations were nice. I would stay again if the host made the investment in better curtains and the additional bedding.

Large beautiful home for group of friends

The property was great for my husband and I and our friends! All rooms had tvs, large beds, and a bathroom for each bedroom! The living room and kitchen were big and spacious, great for all of us to hang out! The location is really close to LBJ yacht club and marina!

The place was tidy. There weren't enough towels and the showers didn't drain efficiently. We didn't have pets or children. We also had issues locking the front door.

Great pllace and will book again!

This was a great place! Loved that there were 3 bathrooms! There was 2 couples and children so it was nice to not have to share! There was a game room that the kids loved as well.

Marble Falls visit

stayed to hang out at Hidden Falls for the day. Close to park. Everything was good for the price and what we needed. Lots of deer running around the park and house is next door to the police station (so we were safe). Played some foosball and would have used the paddle boards but it was chilly. Lots to do in hill country so I recommend this place if you need to crash with all the amenities

Nice house--poorly stocked

Home is beautiful but provided almost nothing. Advertises it sleeps 10, but provided only 8 towels, 6 washcloths, 6 dining chairs, 1 bar stool, no paper towels, no coffee. Couch was broken. Had 1 blanket per bed and no extra blankets or pillows. 3 dishwasher tablets and a broken couch.

Property not as advertised. Supposed to sleep 10, but only found 6 towels. Two cups in cabinet, three forks in drawer and not much else. We couldn't stay there, notified the host and left. Haven't heard back despite leaving numerous messages on the VRBO app. No help from VRBO either. Photo of jet ski at a dock, but not on the water. Interior photos don't reflect true condition of property. Overall a huge fail. Bad neighborhood that's not evident in the listing. Do some research before booking this property. Wish we had taken photos, but it was late and we were in a hurry to find a hotel where we felt we could stay for the night.
