La crique sur le lac LBJ

Cette maison familiale au bord d’un lac se trouve dans une grande crique paisible du lac LBJ à Granite Shoals, au Texas. Le lac LBJ est l'un des plus grands lacs à niveau constant des États-Unis et est idéal pour le ski nautique, le jet-ski, le canotage et la pêche. La maison du lac est dans une zone sans sillage dans la crique qui est idéale pour la baignade et l'amarrage des bateaux et des motomarines. Les clients aiment le bateau de grande taille et le quai de pêche. Le quai surdimensionné a beaucoup de place pour tout le monde et est l'endroit idéal pour nager, bronzer, pêcher, danser ou simplement se détendre et profiter de l'activité sur le lac. Le quai a aussi un toboggan aquatique ou vous pouvez vous amuser en kayak et faire du stand up paddle. L'eau près du rivage est assez peu profonde pour permettre aux plus petits de patauger et de se creuser progressivement.

Vous apprécierez la fraîcheur et la propreté de cette maison. Il est maintenu en excellent état. La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Tout ce que vous devez apporter est votre nourriture et vos boissons. Le salon dispose d'une télévision 50 pouces et de nombreuses places assises pour tout le monde. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une télévision de 81 cm et d'un lecteur DVD. La deuxième chambre dispose de deux lits queen-size et d'une télévision. La troisième chambre a 2 lits superposés, dont un avec un grand matelas au fond. Il y a aussi un pack et jouer, une chaise d'appoint / chaise haute, des films et des jeux.

Idéal pour les voyages entre filles, les voyages entre hommes, les voyages en famille, les réunions ou tout autre type d'évasion.

La maison est à 11 km de Marble Falls. Marble Falls a de grands magasins et restaurants ainsi que HEB et Wal-Mart.

Nice property with great host

We stayed during July 4th when the massive flood occurred. The owner called to check on us and provided important information that kept us safe and from our boat getting damaged. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

Great stay. We were able to park our jet skis right at the dock and tie up. Had a great weekend exploring the lake. Rooms were comfortable. The sunrises were excellent.

Great lake house! We lived lounging in the house, on the patio or on the the dock. The use of the paddle boards and kayaks were key entertainment! The kitchen was fully set with all needed accessories. My elderly parents and my college age kids all had a lovely time!I highly recommend recommend renting a pontoon boat with a float ( we used the one by the dam). The AC worked perfectly in the 100F heat too! My dad actually got chilly a few times, lol.

Wonderful Lake house!

We loved our stay! This house has a great backyard, lake access, dock slide, and is very clean! The kitchen has all the appliances you need for meals. Large living room was perfect for visiting and relaxing while taking a break from the lake and at nights. The AC keeps this charming home so comfortable! Everyone had a fantastic time!!

Totally Perfect!

Took grandkids (7, 11, 17) up to Lake LBJ for a few days. They all remember this house as “the catfish house”! Great location not far from Marble Falls, quiet cove, great dock for lounging & fishing, fire pit, plenty of space for kids to run and play and house was comfy with plenty of space for us 5. Seven year old granddaughter caught a 2lb catfish and was so excited. Homeowner was extremely nice and quick to answer back. Can’t wait to book again! Hudson Family

16th birthday getaway

This property was great. It was compact and very cozy. Super clean. Kitchen was perfectly equipped. Plenty of towels for bathing. Bring your own lake towels. The girls loved use if the paddle boards and kayak. The water off the lake though is full of algae so they did not play volleyball or use the slide or swim near the dock. It is a very quiet area, lots of deer seen. Temperature in the home was good. The couch was so cozy and plenty of seating for everyone in the kitchen. The pictures don’t do this place justice. Note- the master has a king bed and private bathroom, a shared hall bathroom for a room with 2 queens & a room with 2 sets of bunk beds. Smart TVs in main room but not in master. We will definitely return. And the area is great spot for tubing, away from the more crowded parts of the lake.

I'm so happy the bday was successful. I'm so sorry about the algea. We have never seen anything like that before. Mother nature keeps us on our toes. Fortunately the algae was only there a couple of weeks and is gone now. Again, so sorry about that and glad you enjoyed your stay.

Beautiful house on an okay lake

Our family had a nice time at the house. The home is immaculate with a well stocked kitchen. The living room was comfortable for our group of seven. The owner was very responsive to the maintenance issues we had. There is a lovely back porch and the dock is very large and inviting. Our one main complaint was the quality of the water. There was so much plant debris in the water that it made the shallow water really mucky and murky. This was a problem for our preschooler who just wanted to wade in the shallow water (not possible) and for the senior citizens who couldn’t climb down the ladder on the dock and therefore had to walk through the grossest part of the water. This property would be great for people who are bringing a boat and can get out on the water to enjoy the nicer parts of the lake. For our family, though, the poor water quality was a real let down.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay despite the condition of the water. LCRA lowered the water this year and we were able to clean the lake bed of the majority of the foliage. Mother Nature is tough to fight but we are taking efforts to try to keep it away since it has been cleaned. Thanks for vacationing at our home.

Family vacation week

After spending a week this rental started to really feel like home. It was cozy and spacious enough for a family vacation that no one was in each others way or felt crowded. The pictures of the house itself did not do it justice. The location on the lake was awesome the cove was peaceful and quiet but a great place to stay away from the crowds on the weekend. It wasn't clearly stated in the listing that boat lift and jet ski lifts weren't available to use when renting. We called the owner and she answered right away to help. The parking was a little tricky to figure out for a double jet ski trailer, pontoon boat trailer, truck, yukon xl and my parents car but it was figured out thankfully. We picked this house because we thought my 2 year old niece would be able to wade in the water but there was too much algae. I understand nature is nature though. Overall the trip was fun and the entire family had a Great vacation!!

Fun at LBJ

Clean, Clean was our major impression. Fully stocked kitchen, great pier and dock. The paddle boards and kayak were a great feature. The beds were comfortable and the hot water was abundant. TVs for football and movies worked well. We even caught a few fish! Great destination.

Excellent spot to get away!

The location of this lake house is absolutely perfect! The cove is calm quiet and huge!!! Plenty of room for boating, kayaking & SUPing! The fire pit is situated just right for watching the sunrise & enjoying the lake from morning til night! The dock is spacious with plenty of room for the fishermen & sunbathers to enjoy at the same time! You won’t be sorry that you chose this property!

Excellent location

We loved this place! The kids enjoyed the lake so much using the kayak and the paddle board. The property was very pleasant. Only complaint I would have is that it didn’t have much dishes like bowls to put dips in or such. Also, there were many spiderwebs everywhere outside on patio abs deck areas. Other than that, everything else was great.

My husband and I are retired with 8 grandchildren. We had been visiting Lake LBJ for many years when we decided to buy our own piece of happiness. We bought the house with our two daughters, Chrissy Wood and Nancy Baird. We love meeting up with our children and grandchildren at the lake and hope that you will make wonderful memories like we have.

We chose this house on Lake LBJ because it is a constant level lake, meaning there is always water. We love the location on the lake as well. The house is in a large, quiet cove without a lot of boat traffic. So swimming and hanging out in the water is calm and relaxing. It is also a great spot for kayaking, stand up paddle boarding and fishing.

We love that this house has an extra large dock. The view is beautiful and there is plenty of room for fishing, sun bathing, lounging and dance parties.
