Luxury One Bedroom Beachfront Condo at Redondo Beach PIer
This beautiful beachfront condo, just yards from the beach, was recently totally remodeled with upgraded appliances, new cabinets, marble kitchen and bathroom sink countertops and new furniture. The living room has a 3 piece chaise couch that opens to a queen size bed. The room has a 60" Smart TV. The spacious balcony with a gas BBQ is accessible from both the living room and bedroom. The bedroom with a walk in closet has a 50" Smart TV.
The condo is on highly desirable top third floor which offers a great white water view. White water means that not only can you see the ocean from the condo but its close enough to the water that you can see the beach with the waves coming ashore!! You will feel like you are on vacation living here. The beach is a 3 minute walk from the unit and beach is adjacent to the popular Redondo Beach Pier which offers many restaurants and shops.
