Je loue la nouvellement rĂ©novĂ©e maison d'invitĂ©s de mon duplex ! 2 chambres, une salle de bains et une nouvelle cuisine. Wi-Fi gratuit et tĂ©lĂ©vision avec cĂąble, machine Ă  laver et sĂšche-linge dans la buanderie de la maison. Jardin avec jacuzzi. À quelques pas d'une aire de jeux pour enfants et court de tennis GRATUIT. À 5 minutes du port Marina del Rey et de la plage. À 10 minutes de l'aĂ©roport international de Los Angeles (LAX) et de Santa Monica et Ă  seulement 15 minutes de Beverly Hills. Vous avez des enfants ? Nous avons 40 films Disney Ă  l'intĂ©rieur.

Little Paradise

We had a wonderful week in this magnificent house fully equipped. Don’t bring your cooler there is one. Several towels and blankets. Very beautiful architecture with Californian accents, with large French doors and very well decorated. We felt at home there and very safe with electronic locks which are also very practical. Superb backyard very intimate fully equipped with spacious spa very clean, fire place, bbq and many tables and chairs. Very quiet and peaceful just like the neighborhood. Easy to park in the street and nearly all services. The hosts are very receptive to our requests and responded very quickly. We already miss this house, we highly recommend it.

Great place, great location, very nice owner!

Very well maintained and equipped home. The backyard amenities are great for cool evenings (spa, fire pit, patio heater). Very quiet neighborhood, easy to find parking spot. Minutes away from grocery and other shop. The owner is very responsive. Would surely book again!

A Little Bit of Europe at Marina Del Rey

We go to Europe a lot and it was interesting that our bungalow in LA felt like the places we stay in Europe. Top flight appliances, cool furniture, etc. In all, a great place to stay.

Der Aufenhalt in Marina del Rey war Perfekt. Das Haus was super fĂŒr unsere Familie ( 2 Erwachsene 3 Kinder) Der Whirlpool ist sehr gross und super zum Entspannen. Das parkieren auf der Strasse ist ĂŒberhaupt kein Problem. Restaurants kann man zu Fuss erreichen. ( ca 15 Minuten )Vielen Dank an Franco er ist ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Vermieter

Beautiful place

We loved the place and the outdoor area. Everything was beautiful and decorated perfectly. Very special place with a great comfy vibe! Close for us to visit Venice beach and Santa Monica- and even a 40 minute drive from Disneyland if you want to venture out for a day. Host was very nice when I spoke to her. Thanks for being a great host!

Wonderful property

Great property. Check in was simple, hosts responsive to emails and instructions straight forward. The parking on the street not an issue. Clean, adequately stocked, spacious for our family of 4. Did not use hot tub, or outside area as weather was not great. But it looked very inviting. Enjoyed our stay.

Place was great. Cozy, awesome backyard w/hot tub. Close to the expressway, close to food, shopping, really anything. The ONLY issue we had is that I did not see anything in the description that the property would be occupied by the owners. We rent places that are not occupied by the owner. Safety is a big deal with two young daughters.

My Husband and I didn’t feel comfortable. Had a feeling of being constantly watched. So much so we didn’t get to enjoy the hot tub. Too many stipulations.

Great location - easy to find - overall good stay

Everything was great with this property , check in - easy , clean , well stocked , hot tub was great Only thing I would have to say negative - would be all 3 beds were very uncomfortable - I had back surgery and have a bad back- so if they aren’t comfy beds - very sore back.

Our Family’s LA Visit

We rented this property while we were in LA for my son‘s wedding. Franco, the property owner, was very flexible regarding check-in time so we were able to get into the property as soon as we arrived in LA. Franco also provided a portable infant crib for our new grandson. The property was clean, comfortable, and well decorated. It had the most well-stocked kitchen of any rental property we have ever stayed at. One of the best features of this property is the wonderful outdoor space – many nice areas for outdoor dining, sunbathing, or sitting quietly to read a book. My son and his wife enjoyed the hot tub as well. Parking was never a problem. The neighborhood was safe with lots of amenities only a short drive away. We also appreciated the abundance of closet and drawer space in each bedroom. This property exceeded our expectations and was absolutely perfect for our family. My wife and I return to LA from time to time and will consider renting the property again even if it’s just the two of us.
