This was an awesome experience staying here! Absolutely perfect from start to finish. The check in process was a breeze, communication with property owners was super easy and they have all sorts of add ons that you can get in addition to the regular property stay. There was even some beach chairs and toys that could be used so we didn’t have to pack any or rent chairs during the stay. My wife and two kids stayed here for the first time and the location was great being so close to the beach, especially for when the little ones are just too tired to walk and have to be carried. You can see the house from the boardwalk and there were no streets that needed to be crossed. If unable to stay at this specific unit I would highly recommend any of the HeavenlyRez locations!! There looked to be a bunch on both sides of this house as well.

Nice place

While overall this was a nice place and a great location, we felt that the check-in time of 4 p.m. nd the check-out time of 10 a.m. a little much. That meant we lost two whole days of our vacation. Also, we were asked to strip beds, take out trash,, take out recycling and straighten up the house before we left and we had to leave no later than 10 a.m. so the cleaners could get it. If the cleaners were coming in right behind us, why were we cleaning up? Couldn't they take out the trash? Isn't that what the cleaning fee is for? The cleaning fee was $300 which we thought was excessive. Otherwise, it was a nice enough place, pretty well equiped and convenient.

Regarding the check-in and check-out times, they are standard across the vacation rental industry to allow enough time for a thorough cleaning and preparation for the next guest. Both times are clearly stated on our listing and in your booking confirmation. For convenience, we also offer a request process for early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability. As for the cleaning fee, I’d like to clarify that it covers not only a professional cleaning service but also includes full linen service. If you were to rent linens from a local provider, it could easily cost more than double what we charge, making it a great value for our guests. One of the highest-rated amenities by our guests is that beds are made and ready upon arrival, so you can start your vacation immediately without worrying about making beds or dealing with linens. We do ask guests to strip the beds and take out trash as a courtesy to help maintain the property’s cleanliness, but our professional cleaners handle all the deep cleaning and sanitizing after you leave. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience. We hope to welcome you back in the future!
