Our luxurious home is the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. Featuring thoughtfully designed living spaces, top-of-the-line amenities, and convenient location, our home is the perfect choice for your next getaway.
(Please note that our HOA does not allow any commercial vehicles, trailers or mobile homes parked on our driveway or in the street).

Step inside of our home and be greeted by the heated floors that will keep you warm during the colder months. The spacious main floor features an open concept layout, making it easy for everyone to gather and spend quality time together. The modern kitchen boasts an enlarged island, perfect for preparing meals and entertaining. After dinner, head to the living room to kick back and relax on the comfortable reclining sofas or gather around the wet bar for drinks and conversation.

Upstairs, you'll find the luxurious master suite with a king-sized bed, ensuite bathroom, and heated floors. The second floor also features a large den for kids with a 75-inch TV and sound system, providing endless entertainment for the little ones. With plenty of space and amenities, everyone will be able to find their own corner to relax and unwind.

The home also offers a three-car oversized heated garage, providing ample room for parking and storage. And for those looking to take advantage of the beautiful surrounding area, our home is conveniently located near many outdoor activities, such as hiking, biking, and skiing.

Our new patio offers an expansive space to embrace the outdoors. Relax in the warmth of the fire pit while sinking into the comfort of teak Adirondack chairs, watching the sunset. As night falls, the fire pit’s glow will add a cozy ambiance, perfect for stargazing beneath a canopy of twinkling stars. From time to time, you might even catch sight of deer or elk wandering by, adding a touch of magic to the serene landscape.

We’ve stayed at Karin’s home a few times now—great house/great host!!Only thing to note is it resides south of Eagle in a members only club community, and club amenities cannot be used by non-members.

This was an absolutely stunning home with gorgeous views. One of the very best we’ve ever stayed. Top notch everything including a beautiful new stone patio and fireplace. We were a little bummed the hot tub wasn’t ready yet, but it sounds like it should be very soon for upcoming guests. The neighborhood is a gated community so very clean and safe. There were some uncomfortable moments being outside or out and about in the neighborhood as non-members but that’s no fault of this particular VRBO. We would definitely stay again!

First class property with great mgmt. Very highly recommend. Only issue at all to be cognizant of is the property is a bit out of the way, 45 min to Ford Hall at Beaver Creek.

Beautiful Retreat

This place was perfect for us. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped and organized. Everyone had their own space and the communal areas were comfortable. The drive into Eagle was easy and the owners responded quickly to all our communications.

Immaculate & perfect for our family

Our kids dubbed this our best trip yet. We have family in Eagle and visit annually. This property was stunning, incredibly clean, well stocked with all the things you need (we cook a lot while traveling because our daughter has food allergies and the kitchen had everything we needed). There was enough space for our family of five to spread out or be together and it’s a short drive to Vail. We already can’t wait to come back!

Location! Location Location! It could not have been a more beautiful, serene setting if I dreamt it up myself. This house is one of the best homes I have stayed in and my family and I travel extensively. This is a must stay vacation, especially if you are needing a retreat from life.

This home is both gorgeous and immaculate, with luxury furnishings, appliances, decor, and linens. It is located in a very peaceful area with beautiful views. What a wonderful experience in the mountains!

The house was lovely and meticulously maintained. It was recently built and has many modern amenities, including heated floors. The extensive walking trails just outside the front door provided access to countless loops among fields of grasses and trees. It was indeed a refreshing experience.

Wildlife in the backyard

Deer running thru the backyard, coyotes chasing deer in the backyard, trout swimming in the backyard pond, geese landing in the pond. Riverside trail, heated garage, equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. This place is truly a 5 star experience.

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonder stay in Eagle! The house was well equipped with good quality products. Everything was brand new, very clean, and well labeled inside the house. The only small issue was the little green lights glowing from the light switches, so I recommend bringing a sleep mask or some tape/band-aids to place over the lights! We did find some tape in the supply closet. Communication with the property manager was excellent. The location was a bit far from town, but we expected that when booking. We had originally planned to stay near Glenwood, but this location worked out nicely since we got to drive through the beautiful canyon going back and forth.

High-End Mountain House

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this VRBO property! From the moment we booked, the communication with the host was excellent – they were responsive, accommodating, and provided all the information we needed for a smooth check-in. Upon arrival, we were delighted to find the property impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident throughout, from the stylish furniture to the high-quality fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the area. The location was perfect for us – tucked away in a quiet area with a beautiful view of the pond. We loved spending evenings on the back patio, enjoying the serene surroundings, listening to the sounds of the small waterfall and even catching glimpses of wildlife. The biking trails nearby were a fantastic bonus, providing hours of outdoor fun and adventure. It's also not too far from Hanging Lake, so we reserved a time to hike there! One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible stargazing opportunities. The property's secluded location away from city lights meant we were treated to a stunning display of stars each night – truly magical! Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. This property exceeded our expectations in every way and we can't wait to return for another visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat with all the comforts of home!

We are Karen and Matt and we are excited to share our new home with you.

Being raised in Europe, and traveled the world, we decided to buy a second home in Eagle, Colorado.

We immediately fell in love with the secluded Brush Creek Valley, just west of Vail.
The untouched nature around the Frost Creek community with endless outdoor options was very appealing to us. With our children being in college, we found a place to enjoy nature with friends, but also spend valuable family time when the kids return to Colorado on breaks.

Our home features numerous upgrades, such as heated floors in the master and second master upstairs, a three car heated garage, an enlarged kitchen island and a wet bar. The second floor features a ‘hang out space’ for kids with a large TV and a state of the art music system.

In the summer you will be able to enjoy the enlarged patio with a hot tub, gas grill and spectacular views on Mt.Thomas with soothing sounds of the water falls from the fish ponds across from our house. Sylvan Lake State Park is just a short drive away.

Our home is equipped with smart home features, such as a Control4 lighting system which enables you with the touch of a button to set the dimmable lights in certain modes. High end speakers will allow you to enjoy your favorite songs throughout the main level.
