The main bedroom has a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a standalone shower. Both bedrooms enjoy access to a private patio area. Spend fun times streaming a favorite movie on the Smart TV in the living room, located on the second floor. Or pull out any of the board games available and gather at the six-person dining table for an entertaining evening playing games together. The kitchen is fully appointed with all major appliances, including a dishwasher and a convenient Keurig coffee maker for coffee enthusiasts. The condo has washer and dryer and a charcoal grill for your use. Photos online make rental appear spacious and clean - it is neither. Microwave oven was rusted and did not work properly, toaster worked once and then died. Whole rental was musty smelling - despite air freshener at entrance. It was dark, depressing and so humid the towels stayed wet. Would not stay there again. We endured instead of enjoyed this rental.

The location of the condo was great, very close to beach access. I arrived late, and it was very dark outside for a female and her young child to unpack her car. Once inside you either went left up stairs to the living space, or straight into the bedrooms. Having a young child, this set up was not ideal. There was nowhere to store strollers or beach wagons. The condo was nice, mostly clean, but very dated. The bathrooms were very small.

The location is great. Easy access to beach. Safe neighborhood. Good parking. Living area is well styled. Kitchen well stocked. Sheets/linens high quality. What made me rate it less than 5 stars: layout of space was not clear unless you read others’ reviews. That is, both bedrooms and all bathrooms (and nothing else) are on first floor. Living area and kitchen (but no bathroom) on second floor. I did not pick up on that when I booked the place for me and my mom (age 83). She had some difficulty with traversing the space and so if you have older family or family with mobility issues, this is not the best choice for you. Stairs are straight and pretty steep to second floor. None of this is the owner’s fault of course…I just wish it was made more clear before I booked. Second issue: the downstairs (bedrooms and bath) are humid. While the space was clean, it’s an uphill battle with humidity in the south, so if you have allergies, be aware. We were there on a weekend in Jan, so can’t say how it would be in other months. Finally, while bedding itself is great quality, the mattress (daybed) in the secondary bedroom was not especially comfortable imo, tho if you prefer a very, very firm mattress it may be great for you.

The llittle place by the sea
Great place, comfy beds, convenient location, has all the essentials needed to make your stay comfortable. Easy communication with Management. One thing to note is bathrooms and bedrooms are down very steep stairs and the entry is also on the lower level. The kitchen and living area, upstairs. If you’re watching a movie or cooking you need to go down the stairs to the restroom. Not for the elderly who have mobility issues or anyone with a physical disability.
