Real Escapes Properties est fier d’offrir ce cottage hautement désirable à un niveau, bien nommé "The Beach House"! Le Beach House est situé sur Bruce Drive, dans le quartier très populaire mais toujours en évolution d’East Beach. Ce cottage insulaire classique se trouve au cœur du quartier, à seulement 1/4 de mile de St. Les meilleures plages de Simons Island.

Le Beach House dispose d'un grand porche accueillant doté de suffisamment de chaises et de bascules pour devenir facilement l'un de vos lieux de repos préf��rés dans ce cottage! Une fois que vous entrez, vous remarquerez immédiatement l’abondance de fenêtres sur les côtés et à l’arrière de la salle à manger, ce qui rend ce lieu lumineux et agréable. Le plan d'étage ouvert et aéré avec beaucoup d'espace pour votre famille et vos amis à visiter est joliment décoré.

La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes à la table et 3 tabourets de bar au comptoir. La cuisine est prête à utiliser avec presque tout ce que vous pouvez imaginer: cafetière, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes et bien plus encore! Prenez à droite dans le couloir et vous passerez devant un placard à porte pliante qui abrite le centre de blanchisserie - laveuse et sécheuse. Votre première salle de bain complète se trouve sur votre gauche et la chambre n ° 1 se trouve tout droit.

La chambre n ° 1 comprend un lit queen-size, un ventilateur de plafond, un grand dressing et une télévision. Vous pouvez voir que le pont ouvert se trouve juste derrière le "mur de fenêtres". Une fois que vous vous dirigez vers le bout opposé du couloir, vous trouverez la chambre principale king size. Cette jolie chambre est confortable et spacieuse et comprend une salle de bain complète, un ventilateur de plafond et un grand dressing.

Avant de vous installer pour la soirée, vous pourrez profiter du porche en plein écran juste devant la porte arrière. Beaucoup de sièges, ventilateur de plafond et une table avec un ensemble de chaises. C'est un endroit idéal pour une soirée familiale de crème glacée! Un grand parking en face de cette propriété et un endroit supplémentaire à l'arrière.

Needed getaway

After not having a vacation for three years and then recently having hip surgery, I needed a place for some R&R. The spot was perfect. It had a beach cart all the beach chairs, and needs and only a block away from the beach nice offstreet parking wonderful porches.

Very nice and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a very nice place for two couple. I suggest that the owner invest in new pillows which would make for more comfortable sleeping. Otherwise it was all good.

The home is open floor plan, comfortable, quiet and perfect for a couple or small family.We loved the bright beach decor of the home. The porches were a favorite of ours.We are returning next year to this little gem and one of our favorite destinations- St. Simon's Island!

We spent a lot of time on the front porch! I do think the bedrooms and baths could use a little TLC. They looked a little tired and I don't imagine the linen comforter is cleaned after every guest. The dishwasher had mold inside and needed a good cleaning. None of these things stopped us from rebooking next year!

The most perfect little cottage for us girls. In a safe neighborhood, beautiful walk to the beach, gorgeous front porch to relax and have coffee in the morning. We really couldn’t have asked for anymore.
