We provide one (1) complimentary Sea Pines gate pass, which will be mailed to you prior to your arrival.

COMMUNITY POOL - ONE BLOCK AWAY
A guest access card is provided for entry to the community pool (April-October).

Nestled in the highly desirable Greenwood Forest community, you'll have access to an updated community pool, pickleball, tennis and basketball courts as well as a playground for the kiddos - set amongst a breathtaking forest of historic oak trees.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please observe the following:
*** Quiet hours are in effect after 10:00 PM.
*** All outside lights are required to be off at 10:00PM.
*** Pets are allowed (1 dog - under 50 pounds).
*** Street parking is strictly prohibited.
*** Park amenities are not guaranteed and could be taken off-line for any number of reasons that are out of our control.
*** Renter is responsible for a $275.00 replacement fee for a lost pool access card.
