Détendez-vous dans ce bungalow en bord de plage sous l'énorme chêne espagnol drapé de mousse. Rafraîchissez-vous dans une piscine privée avec spa, parfaite pour votre escapade en famille. À seulement 3 minutes à pied de la plage. Sautez sur la piste cyclable et descendez jusqu'à Coligny Plaza en quelques minutes. La cuisine entièrement équipée est ouverte sur le coin repas et peut accueillir 8 personnes. La maison est équipée d'Internet sans fil, de la télévision par câble et d'un lecteur DVD.

Récemment mise à jour et meublée dans un thème côtier décontracté, cette maison de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bains est située à la 7ème rangée de la plage de North Forest Beach. Cette maison accepte les animaux. Détendez-vous dans l'un des deux salons avec une grande télévision à écran plat. Le deuxième salon a un canapé-lit queen pour un espace de couchage supplémentaire, si nécessaire. Avec tout situé sur un seul étage, cette maison est parfaite pour toute la famille. La chambre principale spacieuse a un lit queen et salle de bain privée avec douche. Il y a deux chambres supplémentaires. Le premier a un lit queen et le second a 2 lits jumeaux. Ces deux chambres partagent une salle de bain avec baignoire / douche.

La piscine peut être chauffée gratuitement d'octobre à mai - La taille de la piscine est de 15 'x 25'

Great Stay in a Perfect Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A great stay in a beautiful area! It was our first strip with our dog and she absolutely loved it. The yard was fully fenced in so she could run free and get all the smells in she wanted. The house itself was clean and comfortable. While we were a small group it is defiantly a good house for family's or even multiple couples. Absolutely loved the area and beach access was perfect.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the house is perfect! The yard was great for our two dogs. Beachside was a great company to work with and was very responsive throughout our trip. The house is in need of some TLC. It is a very loved rental that could use some updates.

This property was perfect for what we were looking for. It was an easy walk to the plaza for restaurants and shops, and a very short walk to the beach. The pool was very nice to relax in as well. When we did reach out to the host, the responses were very quick and helpful. We would definitely stay at this property again.

The kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of towels. TV was a little difficult to figure out with no instructions.But the younger generation figured it out:) I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Stay!

Wonderful beach getaway!

Our family loved our stay at this beach house. The location on HHI could not be beat, literally steps to the beach and centrally located to anything we wanted. Great house, well stocked with all necessary provisions, we hope to return soon for another stay!

Great Family Location

We loved our stay at this house, it was an easy walk to the beach, even with a toddler & all the stuff that requires, the pool & fenced yard were a wonderful asset for our family & pets. Would happily rent from Beachside Getaway again.

2022 Vacation

We really enjoyed this property. It was clean and a nice layout and also just a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and loved having the pool and hot tub.

Enjoyable

Great trip!

Our first time visiting Hilton Head as a family did not disappoint! We loved the house, the yard, the pool and the proximity to the beach. Honestly, it was perfect for our needs. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Perfect House

This property was newly renovated both inside and out and it shows. Loved the layout of the inside of the house and the cleanliness. Pool and hot tub were perfect. Would stay here again.

Property is exactly as advertised and we would stay here again!!

Property was clean and well equipped! Bikes were delivered and the ocean was just across the street, less than 1 block. It was perfect!

Very comfortable

Can't beat the location

We had a great stay with 6 adults and 2 small dogs. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were nice to have, adding the heat was a good choice for us. The best part was the location! Very short walk to a beautiful beach, but still a nice quiet neighborhood. Quick drive to shops/restaurants/entertainment. Would stay again!

Great rental property. Had issue with AC first night, property manager responded immediately and within 3 hours it was fixed. House was comfortable, area was quite. Great trip!

The home was spotless and worked out perfectly. The pool helped our 2 year old burn off some steam, so my pregnant wife could relax. We loved the location to everything.

HHI 2022

The location was great! Very close to the beach and Coligny Plaza. The house had everything we needed with plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. The pool was a great feature after a long hot day at the beach. The management company checked in several times throughout the week to make sure our stay was comfortable which was very much appreciated. We will definitely come back!!

Great hidden Gem

This was a great house. It was just far enough from the main roads that it was nice and quiet but still close enough to have a stroll or a quick ride to get where you needed. Management called twice to make sure every was good and nothing was needed. Everything we needed was available at the house. It was a hidden gem in the area with a large fenced in backyard!

A Gem of a Property

Thank you for opening your home to our family and fur baby. 13 Sandpiper was an amazing property and we were very satisfied with our selection. The home was much bigger inside than the pictures appeared! Having been our first time to Hilton Head Island, we were enamored by the beautiful live oak trees embellished with Spanish moss! The beach cart, quality beach chairs and pool floaties were a much appreciated benefit and pleasant surprise. Easy access to the beach which was always open and not crowded. Cookware and kitchen utensils were far better quality than other rentals we’ve experienced. Cleanliness deserved 10 stars! Pool and patio was wonderful and well used by our family. You won’t be disappointed!
