The host offered all the comforts of home. The location is central to everything Raystown Lake.

Beautiful view from porch, house was clean but noted outdated (porch in dire need of replacement, doors do not close well, also slight smell to the place). Everything in order, clean sheets/towels provided). Great location in regards to proximity of Raystown lake.

Comfortable home with a view

The cottage was clean, comfortable, uncluttered, and well furnished. We enjoyed the view of the mountains to the east and exploring the area.

Adequate

Nothing fancy but a nice place to stay. Needs a little TLC and a few things need repaired but at the same time it isn't overpriced. Great location in proximity to the lake and not too far away from town either. I would stay here again.

Waylake cottage

The a/c didn’t work when we got there host brought fans over pull out sofa bed found a mice’s nest in the bed clean it up so we can sleep broke chairs on deck and deck need replaced rotten boards

Good stay for the money

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had asked the owner if there was a fire pit available, was told yes, but we were unable to find it. We had one issue during our stay, there were no working lights in one of the bedrooms. With all that we still enjoyed our stay.

Great location, need better instructions

The location is awesome. Raystown Lake was great. Property owner was nice and responsive to our needs and questions. A few things could be improved with comminication. House number was incorrect and we needed to contact owner to find it. Communicated fire pit was not usable only after booking and we had to lug our own. Listing says AC but we could not figure out how to work it and couldn't ask in the middle of the night, so it was uncomfortably hot. Windows didn't open easily either. Property was "cabin clean" but could have been cleaner. Could not locate any trash bags and needed to purchase. Only very basic kitchen supplies provided. Overall, it was as advertised and we enjoyed the stay.
