Awesome time @ Orange Beach2022!

This is the second time we have stayed at Summerchase Condo (different room each time) and loved every second of it. This area is very family friendly and close to everything! We love it and have already booked it again for 2023!!

We love staying in Summerchase, this is our 3rd year here. The condo worked well for us. A few issues came up, but were remedied in good time. We love so much seeing the gulf every day!

Wonderful!

This condo was wonderful for me, my husband, and our 5 children! We had plenty of room. The location couldn't be better. Very pleased with condo!

Great location! Good condo could have been cleaner.

Great spot on the beach! Almost right next to new CoastAL dining spot! Only complaint is that the tile floors were not clean! First night walking on them barefooted blackened our feet! Pictures of condo were very accurate. Good value for the $$ spent. But if I pay a cleaning fee I expect clean floors!

Exactly as advertised

It was a good stay and the pics were as advertised. Kitchen was stocked, location was perfect, and it was roomy enough for our family of 5. We had a couple inconveniences with the newly installed door lock. The master shower had very low water pressure and the master bed wasn't very comfy. All three 3 kids loved their beds tho so we were happy. Would consider returning to this location!

Amazing view

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pictures were a little off with what this condo had to offer. The indoor pool was dark and dingy and not by the hot tub (totally different rooms). This was our one complaint that the inside pool area was not better. We went down there in March and it was windy and in the upper 60s. One day it rained.

Nicely decorated. Good location.

We like Summerchase and have stayed in different units over the years because of their easy access to the beach and nice families we always meet. This condo was nicely decorated, with updated countertops, comfortable seating and a great view. A few small issues (broken furnishings) which we reported ar check in as instructed. The property management was very attentive. Would have liked more frying pans ( had just one) and maybe new mattress in master - too soft for me with all the memory foam added. Orherwise, I would recommend this condo to others - right on the mark for the money.

Beautiful Unit... but had it's issues

The unit was just as it was pictured. Beautiful decor, clean, and roomy. But there were FOUR issues that took place that will case us not to return. 1) the sound travel. The upstairs neighbors would scoot their chairs (?) on the floor making a terrible racket, we heard it all day, everyday. As well as the slider doors opening and closing. It was very hard to sleep. 2) The pool was shut down/closed a majority of the trip because the pump was out. Sad for us because the ocean had so much seaweed, that was our only option to swim, and we couldn't. 3) The sheets on the bed didn't fit. If we moved during the middle of the night the sheets would pop off and we'd be lying on the mattress. It was VERY frustrating. 4)The thermostat was keep resetting itself to 75 degrees, I understand you don't want a large utility bill but we were so uncomfortable!!! We were disappointed all week long with these minor things, that's why we won't be back. There are too many options at Orange Beach than to be miserable.

We completely understand your frustration of the pool, unfortunately out of our control but frustrating none the less. This is the first complaint we have had in regards to the "sound travel". I will check with our team on the sheets not fitting, that is not in the norm. We had no idea you were having any issues with the Thermostat, we allow renters to control the thermostat, the only way it shuts off is if the balcony doors are left open for a long period of time. We loved this place. Great communication with rental company. Smooth check in. Sliding glass door to patio was a little hard to open but other than that the condo was perfect for us.

Great Condo on the beach!

The condo itself was just as pictured, gives you all the great beach vibes! Clean, convenient location and great amenities! Parts of the building itself needs some updates but they were working on that while we were there. Easy access to the beach with nice boardwalk! Would definitely stay again!

Pictures are deceiving

Code didn't work when we got there and had to wait min. to get another code to get in. Washing machine was not useable do to mold. So gross. Sliding glass door broke and could not use. Paint on walls very dirty and kitchen cabinets chipped. The showers were dirty and sand in of the beds. Not a premier property by my standards at all.

The location was perfect. The condo looks just as the pictures. Perfect for 4 teens and parents. The condo building is aged and needs some improvement but overall we had a great experience and would stay again.

Weekend family getaway

The property is located right next to everything you could need! Publix, restaurants, entertainment are all a short drive away. We stayed here with our young family and had no issues. The building it’s self could use some updating, but overall we enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfy and the condo was the perfect size.

Beach Vacation before College drop off - Roll Tide!

The condo itself was beautiful,. Nicely decorated and updated furnishings. The building itself could use a major cleaning of the front outside areas and elevator lobby, it was not horrible but a cleaning would bring everything to the same level.

Great condo with a few issues

Great condo and location. The condo was not ready on time so we had to wait. Some small broken or non working items like stove burners, closet doors and a bathroom drawer but it was clean. I do recommend this place and would go again.
