We had a wonderful stay! Loved relaxing in the spa and enjoying cozy evening around the firepit. A perfect place to relax and get together with friends. We would definitely come back!

Very nice cabin with amazing views. It is missing a hot tub. The spa was not great as the water went cold quickly. A dedicated hot tube on the porch with a view would be amazing. The place is huge and otherwise very very nice. Although in the mountains the cleaning was not up to what a luxury property should be.

The only thing I have is the movie theater didn't work. The pool is cold and you hae to pay 100.00 more per day to get it heated. Otherwise a very beautiful place with a wonderful view. Would definitely stay there again.

For future guests reading this, we want to clarify that our pool is always heated to a comfortable 78°F completely free of charge. The $100/day fee is strictly an optional upgrade for guests who prefer a much warmer 86°F. We also provide our guests with access to a pool automation app to easily control the complimentary spa heating and water features, which this group opted not to use. Regarding the home theater, the system is fully functional! We are so sorry to hear you had trouble operating it. We are always available 24/7 to assist with any tech questions, and we would have loved to walk you through it had you reached out during your stay. We look forward to hosting you again and ensuring your next stay is a perfect 5 stars!

The location is great and we enjoyed our stay. Cabin is well maintained. Property manager provided great customer service. I would definitely recommend to friends and stay again.

Unmatched views

This is our second time staying at this property. While the house itself lacks some luxury compared to other nearby properties we've stayed at, the views are far beyond those of other options. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

This property is absolutely amazing!It’s well maintained and really clean.Imagine sat on your deck with a cup of coffee watching the sunrise over the mountains with only the birds singing. The view is breathtaking.The property is really well equipped in the kitchen and the host leaves plenty of supplies to get you started, which is something not all hosts do. Even down to extra gas bottles for the grill and fire pit. In other properties we have had to purchase them ourselves with no refund.Our grandchildren loved the games room as did some adults.There was something for everyone, quiet space, movie theater, pool, spa, games. Our age range was 7 to 70 (the 70 year old celebrated his milestone birthday there).Recommendation for dinner would be The Local Goat, Pigeon Forge.I can’t say enough about the host. At 8.40am on a Sunday morning when we were trying to figure out the spa app he replied within two minutes and sent his personal phone number.We were very lucky to see a Momma bear and her two cubs on two nights. The first night they were on the porch. We would highly recommend the property and the host.

In The Mountains

We had a great time at this cabin in the mountains. Truly feel like you are up in the clouds. Hemel was a great host and answered questions promptly and was very helpful. The scenery is beautiful, and includes a few bears. Overall, highly recommend!

This was an excellent VRBO rental. The view was beautiful and the stay very enjoyable The beds were extremely comfortable for sleeping and the game room was a real hit for all. Very thoughtful in leaving extra dish soap, laundry detergent, bath products to make our stay even easier. The kitchen was well supplied. The movie room was really fun to gather in. The pool and hot tub provided many hours of entertainment. The ride up and down the mountain, although a little scary, provided great memories!!! We all enjoyed seeing the bears that visited, at a distance!

We had a wonderful family and friend’s getaway vacation. Plenty of room for all of us to stay and loads of kid activities on the property. Beautiful view! The perfect wake up early in the morning and savor a nice cup of warm coffee taking in the grace, peace and beauty of the smoky mountains. You really did feel you were floating with the clouds!
