Villa Rotonda is a spacious renovated home lovingly designed with a pool for your enjoyment. Perfect for friends, families and groups up to 9 guests.

The house is secured by ADT with security cameras on the exterior perimeter of the house and a doorbell camera.

The house is an open floor concept that combines a living room, dining room with direct access to the pool, kitchen and bathroom leading to the pool. This bathroom has a tub/shower feature ideal for an after-pool shower. You will also find the laundry closet in the bathroom equipped with laundry detergent for your convenience.

The living room is equipped with a sofa sleeper sectional, 4K television, blanket throws, and board games stored in the right-side of the TV unit.

You will enjoy the large master bedroom located on one side of the house featuring a king bed, walk-in closet, private in-suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool.

Located on the opposite side of the house is a second bedroom with a queen size bed, dedicated working station, in-suite bathroom, and walk-in closet.

Across from the second bedroom is a third bedroom with a twin and full-size bunk bed as well as a standard closet. This room is equipped with toys for kids and a playpen for babies.

We have a perfect kitchen fully equipped with appliances. Also, Google Nest Hub is available in the kitchen. You can find a first aid kit in the drawers if needed for emergencies.

The garage is equipped with household cleaning tools, bicycles, fishing rods, and beach gear. No vehicle parking allowed.

For some fun under the hot Florida sun, ride bike and hit the trails at Rotonda Community Park, take a dip in our pool (heating option available for $60 per day for a minimum of 1 week with 72 hour notice prior to arrival), relax on the patio chaises, or fire up the grill.
