This 4 bedroom home is nestled in the quiet and really peaceful neighborhood of Rotonda West Fl. Relax at your own private pool, go to the Beach, fish or golf.

Only 11 minute drive to Englewood Beach a really cozy and family friendly environment also with many bike paths, and 15 min away from the beautiful Boca Grande Beach. Shark tooth capital of the world Venice is roughly a 30-minute drive. There are 7 golf courses all within 15 minutes.

There are a couple of parks just over 2 miles away with hiking, frisbee golf, basketball, pickleball, lap pool, etc....

This house was great for our stay in Florida. It was clean well maintained and stocked with essentials. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. We would definitely consider staying there again the next time we visit

We enjoyed the home very much! It was so spacious! The pool and hot tub was a huge success with the little ones and there was so much room for everyone I always book through VRBO this was the first one that had every amentity that we needed, including sunscreen and bug spray. The communication with the owner was top-tier. I highly recommend this home !

This property was beautiful and pleasant to stay at. The view from the pool was nice to look at and relaxing. The only problem we had was with the door. When we would pull it shut the whole handle would come off but other than that everything was great!

We loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, the host was very accommodating, the family enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, and we really loved everything about the home. It was very clean, and spacious, and I truly don’t have any complaints. As a matter of fact we are thinking about renting again in September if we come back to Englewood with our daughter next if the place is available. We really loved our stay here.

Beautiful Florida House

Property was perfect for our stay. We loved the pool/spa and outdoor area with the TV. Kitchen was well equipped and the house had everything we needed for family vacation. The house is tucked back in a neighborhood so stores are a bit of drive, but we just planned well.

Great early summer getaway!

The property is extremely comfortable and located near plenty to do. We found a beach about 20 minutes away that had too many shells to count. Our kiddos loved the pool and the set up of the house.

Serene vacation home

The home is beautifully kept. So much room for all guests. In cooler weather the hot tub is a perfect reprieve. Alicia is a wonderful hostess and was always available to answer questions. I would stay here again!

Clean home in quite neighborhood, well stocked

We had a wonderful experience. The home was clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Local grocery store was a close distance away for needed supplies/food. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We appreciated the generous beach supplies (5chairs, 2 shade umbrellas, cooler) when we visited local beaches. The host was kind and very responsive. We loved our stay.

Weekend with extended family

Great getaway

We had a great time with our 2 families. The pool and spa area was very lovely. The tv outside was awesome. We spent most of our time out back. I would’ve only added a comfy outdoor couch. There were many kitchen supplies for us to cook meals at the house which made it feel like being at home. Our kids had a great time and it was also nine not having neighbors out back either. It kept things very private. Alicia was very accommodating and communicative. We would go back.

Everything and more

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and very spacious. The host has thought of everything you could need. The view from the great room across the pool to the wooded lot behind is lovely. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. We saw a gopher tortoise in the back. The linens are great and the beds very nice. We did not use the bedroom off the garage. This property is an easy drive to several beautiful beaches. We went to 5 different beaches in 5 days and found lots of shells and sharks teeth.

Very nice and clean home in a great location.

Everyone staying enjoyed the home and the pool. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owners were quick to respond. A small issue checking in, I believe due to the lockbox possibly not adjusting for Daylight saving change, but owner responded immediately. a couple things to be aware of the 4th bedroom is accessed through the garage, I didnt read it closely enough. Its great for teens etc, but it didnt work for our situation due to young kids and older parents. The only complaint everyone had was the limitation on the A/C getting colder than 74 degrees. This may work for most, but not being from Florida, we would probably have been comfortable with a few degrees cooler.

Beautiful Property

I can’t say enough about this property. It is spacious, clean, up to date with everything we needed. Loved having our own pool. It was a short drive to multiple beaches. We had a fabulous family vacation. Alicia, the property manager was amazing to work with. She answered our questions quickly and was very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this property.

We loved how clean and well stocked the house was. We had everything we needed to cook our meals and enjoy our time at the pool . The communication with the host was quick and clear at all times even when we had a short notice special request . We will stay in this property soon again!

Great home, great set up

Home was very nicely set up, has everything you would need. Great communication. They even had a playpen for our infant so we didn't have to travel with one. The pool never warmed up but other than that the house and host were Great! We would definitely stay there again.

It seems there was a dog or some animal with your previous rental.

We received several flea bites. We also can smell there were a presents of dogs or same type of animal. I will advice to insecticide the enter outer property.It was the master bedroom, the living room couch and the room in the garage is where the individual were effected with flea bites. Beautiful property
