This location is by far the best. You cannot beat it. This place will book up quickly, 4bedrooms 2 bathrooms , queen beds, fresh linens. All joining newly renovated kitchen and living room.

There is metered street parking everywhere downtown Bloomington. Please download the Park friendly app to make your parking run smoothly.

Guest Access:
Feel free to roam the house.
You do have a washer and dryer in the kitchen for your convenience.

We will send you the access code for entry on the day of arrival.

No unauthorized parties , no smoking inside , no fire arms. Please keep the back doors locked at all times. When you are away from the property, please keep all doors locked.

Burning is not allowed. No fire pit.

For check out, please place all dirty WHITE towels in the washer and start it.

For excess trash, the dumpster behind big woods brewery(right behind the house) is available for your use. It is in a enclosed fence area. We will take care of the rest.

NOTE: This property does not have designated parking spot. Plenty of metered street parking everywhere downtown Bloomington. There's a parking garage located a few yards northeast on the same street (6th St).
