SUNSWEPT 403 2/2 Steps from the Sand - Book Today!

This popular 4th floor unit is very nicely decorated and has been recently updated with brand new mattresses. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing meals as well as a washer and dryer. You will enjoy the amazing view from the gulf front balcony located right off of the living room and the gulf side master bedroom. While the complex does have 2 elevators, this unit easily accessed by the stairs. Sunswept is situated directly on the sugar-white beach that separates you from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. This Orange Beach condo is just six miles east of Gulf Shores, Alabama. You will find modern shopping facilities directly across the street. Churches, 10 first class golf courses, and fishing are only a short drive away. This unit has a queen in the Gulf Front master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom and a sofa sleeper in the living room.

The facility is older but well maintained. The unit was very clean and just as described. We received a friendly welcome at check in from Murray. Truly enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again when we come back.

This was an awesome place!! My family and I had such a great time. Friendly people, the beach was beautiful. The condo was just was great just what we needed! We had no complaints and would definitely come again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall enjoyed our trip to Orange Beach! Likes-proximity to everything, short boardwalk to beach, property was clean, mattresses new and slept well. Dislikes- unit has a musty, mildewy odor when we arrived, dumpster being emptied at 4am, smell of cigarette and marijauna throughout our stay. After purchasing a diffuser and keeping fresh air flowing, the unit smelled better on day 3...or I could have just grown use to it.
