Phoenix VI est l’un des complexes de condominiums les plus relaxants de la côte du golfe. Il y a une raison qui fait que plus de vacanciers séjournent dans cet appartement qu’aucun autre à Orange Beach.



Il n'y a pas de meilleur endroit pour rester pour vous et votre famille que Phoenix VI et ce condo de 2 chambres à coucher. Il existe de nombreuses activités comprenant une salle de musculation, un terrain de racquetball, un sauna, une piscine intérieure, des bains à remous, des courts de tennis, un terrain de basket et une piscine extérieure. Il y a même un bel espace gazebo pour se détendre pendant que vous faites un barbecue.



Venez vous détendre sur le grand balcon du 1er étage donnant directement sur la piscine extérieure et offrant une vue magnifique sur le golfe. Nous avons un lit King dans le maître et un lit Queen dans la chambre d'amis. La cuisine a été améliorée pour devenir des comptoirs en granit et des armoires sur mesure. Nous sommes idéalement situés à proximité des restaurants, des épiceries et non loin des centres commerciaux.

Great Location and Good Time

The location was good. The condo was great. The only issue was the master bathroom toilet had a leak that was promptly fixed the same day. All had a good time. Would stay again, maybe next time a little longer.

Perfect location within the complex!

This spot was perfect for our needs. We were traveling with family and small children and the first floor was the best. We could have have chosen a better spot for our stay. It was a blessing not to have to ride the elevator. I could remote start my car in the Alabama heat from the room.

This unit is on the first floor so didn’t have to mess with elevators just took stairs to beach/pool access. This was my fourth stay in a Phoenix condo and I love never been disappointed.

I didn't have any maintenance issues. My only complaint was that the beds weren't comfortable but the unit being clean to my standards and no bed bugs made up for that. I was very happy with my stay and would recommend this unit for anyone.

Reviewer Comments: Orange beach is a wonderful area to vacation with your family. The beach is family friendly with plenty of room for the kids. We enjoyed eating out with a wide variety of restaurants available. Our only problem was on arrival and the cleanliness of our condo. The sheets, showers and toilts were not cleaned and the floor throughout the condo was still covered in sand.We arrived after 5 PM so there was time to have the condo properly cleaned. My wife cleaned fr the first hour before putting things away. I have rented many condos through VRBO over the past 15 years and this was by far the dirtiest.

Fine for the price

Not bad but not great. Would be hesitant to return to the unit. There was women’s hair on the shower wall, a ton of sand on the balcony and inside the condo, the pillows were flat as a board.. I think you can also tell a lot about the quality of how things are taken care of by looking at the kitchen utensils and gadgets. Everything looked about 30 years old and mismatched. No kidding we google imaged the blender and it said the model was made in the 50’s - 60’s. You can’t open the freezer door even halfway because it’s up against the wall, very frustrating to get things in and out. The water on the refrigerator didn’t work and there is a review from two years ago stating the same thing, noting the owners have made no effort in fixing it. The walls were so beat up! A magic eraser would go a long way. The front desk never could find our reservation so we just parked in the parking spot that came with the unit and hoped we wouldn’t get towed since they wouldn’t issue us a parking pass. Luckily you are given everything needed for check in via email so we had no issues getting into the unit.

There was a delay in receipt of our check in code for room access; however, the host was very responsive. Additionally,the front desk did that e our parking pass, but again that was resolved the following day.The overall cleanliness was "ok." I'll admit I have higher standards, but the counter top and cabinets had not been wiped clean; wiped but not clean. The 2nd bedroom has carpet which held an odor and there was a pair of me s underwear under the sink (sorry, left them there!).I went ahead and vacuumed and spot mopped the bathroom, but for transparency, I mentioned I have higher standards. Some of the outlets were also not working and batteries ran out in master bedroom remote. The remote was no problem because we didn't travel to the beach to watch TV Space was nice, linens were clean. View was great!

A disappointing unit

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at different Phoenix for several years and I always had a great experience until this unit. Furniture it's outdated and in urgent need of replacement or at least a freshen up. The 2nd bedroom did not have a comforter, it only had a sheet and pillows. My daughter was very cold at night. The pull up couch was so dirty underneath and you could feel the metal springs on the mattress. It was a very poor condition. The light in the kitchen was out, the light in the microwave was also out. We couldn't cook our dinner meals for this reason. The icemaker on the refrigerator was also out. I emailed and text the owner and I got no response. We only got one role of toilet paper, one role! for a family staying 3 nights. I don't know if this is normal or something happened. Beware if you are planning to book this unit. Staying on the first floor was convenient but not beautiful. You don't get to come out on the balcony and see the full extent of the ocean. There is too much vegetation blocking the view.

The washer had a very bad smell on the first day but was gone after a couple of washes. The thermostat showed that the air filter needed to be replaced. The refrigerator showed that the water filter neede to be replaced. The toilet in the front bathroom had a broken handle when we arrived.

Family Spring Break

Reviewer Comments: This condo was recommended to me by a friend who had stayed here previously. The location was great! Easy access to the beach, indoor/outdoor pools, pickleball courts, and grills! And the porch/balcony was huge and had amazing views! My husband and 2 little girls really enjoyed our stay. The only negative thing I would say is that the “starter” supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap was not enough and the front desk doesn’t provide these things. These are basic essentials that I think every vacation rental should have. We had half a roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper, and a splash of watered down dish soap to last 4 people 4 days.

Tired Condo that needs to be redone.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very noisy unit with Kids upstairs 3 different times and people right below working out in gym. Deadbolt Lock was broke, Sofa was tire 20 years ago. Master bedroom Matress was really tired nalso. Checked in with NO Toliet Paper left by Cleaners. When unit above us ngot clened they dumped Vingear over railing on outside balony.
