Welcome to Sunswept 707, your perfect beachside escape in the heart of Orange Beach! This beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath gulf-front condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking for a relaxing coastal getaway.

Step inside and enjoy a bright, open living space with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom features a plush king bed, while the second bedroom offers two full-size beds, providing plenty of sleeping space for everyone.

Start your mornings with coffee or end your evenings with a sunset cocktail on the private gulf-front balcony, where the sights and sounds of the waves provide the perfect backdrop to your vacation.

Whether you’re soaking up the sun on the beach just steps away, enjoying the complex’s amenities, or exploring everything Orange Beach has to offer, Sunswept 707 is the ideal place to make unforgettable memories.

rental and no pets are permitted. 1 parking pass is permitted for 1 bedroom vacation

Great place to stay at OB

The condo was just as described, and we were very pleased with our accommodations. We prefer the smaller complexes, with easy parking, and this fit the bill perfectly! We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Check in was easy. Unit was very clean. Walk to Walmart and a couple restaurants! Great stay, amazing place! Our new go to place.

Great condo

This condo is absolutely great. It has been updated & nicely decorated. It’s clean, has new appliances, and a great AC. Everything we needed was provided. The kitchen is well stocked. We like smaller buildings with less crowded beaches & that’s what you’ll have here. We hope to stay here again!

So glad there was plenty of room for everyone at the pool since the gulf was shut down for swimming due to rip currents. I think you have a great support/maintenance staff as well-always cleaning in the morning and very pleasant.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sunswept many times. We were even in a unit through hurricane Sally. Due to changes in schedules, the past 3 years we have become snowbirds and stayed in Fort Morgan during the winter. Well, we missed Sunswept, the views, the pool and the staff. So we scheduled a May week to stay at Sunswept. We were not disappointed. Our unit was spacious and clean. The decor was updated. The kitchen stocked well (but I refused to cook on this trip). The pool was crystal clear and beautiful. The staff continues to be helpful, friendly and professional. It was like home week for us getting back to Sunswept. The location is so close to everything we needed. We had a great week and thank Murray, Sherry and the staff.
