Vous êtes à 15 minutes de Glen Arbor ou de Leland et à seulement 5 km de la superbe plage de Good Harbour sur le lac Michigan. Prendra en compte des séjours hebdomadaires ou courts en toute saison. Été 3 nuits minimum. Les courts séjours sont autorisés pendant les périodes estivales principales; toutefois, aucun dépôt ne sera facturé pour les réservations de moins de 7 nuits réservées en ligne jusqu'à ce que la réservation soit confirmée par Visit Up North le jour ouvrable suivant. La date d'arrivée et / ou de départ doit revenir aux réservations existantes et / ou commencer / terminer un samedi ou un dimanche.

4 chambres et 4 salles de bains, maison de ville sur plusieurs niveaux, pourra accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes avec 2 rois et 4 jumeaux. 10 personnes maximum sont autorisées ici si vous souhaitez apporter un matelas pneumatique. 2 chambres à l'étage supérieur et 2 chambres à l'étage inférieur.

L'étage principal comprend un salon / salle à manger avec une petite cuisine complète. Foyer au bois pour les nuits fraîches. Sur le pont du salon, vous pourrez vous détendre et regarder le soleil se coucher. Il y a une grille au niveau inférieur. En été, profitez de la piscine extérieure ou du court de tennis du complexe. Assurez-vous de jouer au golf sur le Old Course ou le passage Manitou - les deux sont à moins de 3 km.

The condo is as perfect for our group. Plenty of room and stocked with anything needed. Close to the marina where we fished out of, food and shopping.

Good times at a good place

We had four adults and four children. Plenty of bedroom space, laundry amenities were good. Eating area could seat everyone. We enjoyed the deck as well. Location is an easy drive to Leland, Glen arbor, sleeping Bear dunes. Plenty of space in the parking lotw for camper, trailer, etc.

Peaceful

We stayed for 2 weeks with 8 adults and 2 infants. Plenty of space. Very clean. Three of the bedrooms are very spacious. A bathroom for every bedroom was amazing. There is no bathroom on the main floor, so the steps up or down were a challenge for an elderly visitor, especially up to the third floor. The place was tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the golf course to join a family golfing outing. We used the pool once and it was nice. The reverse osmosis water system in the kitchen was an unexpected plus for clean drinking water. We loved using the space to get to know our new grandchildren!

Girls weekend

The property was fine for what we needed. It was clean but definitely needed updating. The blinds on the downstairs bedroom slider were broken and not all there, so the giant glass doors could not be covered completely which was an issue. Since there was no curtain rod, we couldn’t even hang a blanket up to cover the window.

Guys golf getaway weekend

We were sandwiched in between multiple other townhouses, but the picture led us to believe it was only two units attached to each other. It worked for 6 guys, but couldn't imagine 10 people in there. The kitchen was very cramped. All in all, I would go back for the same purpose.

Winter Weekend Away

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rent yearly in this complex from Visit Up North, second time in this unit. While overall it was great, there are a couple of items of concern: first, the door cannot be locked from the inside (from the outside, it locks with the code), causing us concern not just for us but for the 6 children with us; secondly, the hot water heater only allowed for about one and a half hot showers - very difficult to deal with in a unit occupied by 10 people; lastly, the freezer seemed to be leaking into the refrigerator, causing a couple of glass bottles to freeze and burst.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to find the refrigerator had sitting water in the produce and meat shelves. Several of the towels in various bedrooms were dirty and there was a used towel hanging behind one of the doors. There was a a cup with moldy coffee remnants in the downstairs bedroom. There are also zero outlets in any of the bathrooms and several of the other outlets throughout the unit did not work. The AC units were very outdated and not working properly.

We apologize for the issues you experienced at Sugar Baby. There was a refrigerator issue that was corrected. Frankly our housekeeper did a poor job and has since been let go. We will address any faulty outlets.

Beautiful Location!

This house is great for multiple couples and/or families. There are a few issues that I’ve seen in other reviews: - the house was ok clean. The dishes were put back in the cabinet not really clean so we had to wash them before using them. - water pressure in lower restrooms are an issue. - hot water is gone pretty quickly - house and appliances are outdated and need updates. The lower part of the house looks to have been recently renovated and that was nice. - there are a lot of stairs. It wasn’t an issue for our party but I didn’t see them mentioned. - the AC units in the upstairs rooms are quite noisy! Pros: - great location with lots of room - quick response to issues - lots of parking - pool was nice Overall, this is a good house for a lot of people, but there are a few things that need some attention. We are happy with the accommodations though.

You get what you pay for

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed in this unit upwards of six times with another family. While the size is perfect for us, the unit seems to have a new problem each time we visit. The latest issues have been the lack of dish towels, lack of basic kitchen utensils (can opener), a light in the master bath that has not worked on our last couple of visits, a grill that doesn’t stay lit. The unit is often not the cleanest it could be, especially surprising on our most recent Memorial Day 2021 visit given Covid protocols. We love it for its location, but have decided to try out another unit on our next visit. Hoping that with a minor increase in cost we will find major increases in our satisfaction as far as it meeting our basic needs (cleanliness, lights, hot water, dish towels, ability to grill).

The property is a little dated but it added to the charm of the overall place and was VERY clean and well maintained which is super important to us. We loved that it was off the beaten path but yet had other units around us. We loved the local beach for the sunset and found it be a great layout for our family and the kids loved running around outside!

Destination wedding

A number of our family members came to Traverse City to celebrate the wedding of a niece. This location was able to accommodate all of us very comfortably, and was a much nicer venue than a hotel. Would recommend it to anyone!

Wedding weekend

We had a great weekend and thought it was a great location. Everyone slept comfortable. We did have my dad with us who has a hard time with stairs but managed them. It was really nice that every bedroom had a bathroom!
