Votre Home Away From Home Ă  Rancho Las Palmas

Ce condominium de 3 chambres, 2 salles de bain est magnifiquement décoré et entretenu. Le salon, la salle à manger et la cuisine constituent un concept de grande salle ouvert avec d'immenses baies vitrées coulissantes donnant sur le parcours de golf. L'unité sud offre une vue parfaite de l'image des montagnes de San Jacinto. Vous pourrez profiter de la vue ainsi que le trou n ° 3 de la Las Palmas North Course Rancho de votre salle à manger ou un patio.

En plus des appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris un four à convection, la cuisine comprend des armoires à shaker blanches et un superbe granit de makaubas blanc. L'ßle offre des siÚges pour 3, avec 4 autres à la table de salle à manger. Le réfrigérateur offre glace fraßche et l'eau froide. Tout le nécessaire pour créer le repas parfait est inclus avec votre location lorsque vous choisissez de dßner dans.

La suite principale a été conçue pour offrir un dressing, une douche surdimensionnée en calcaire avec enceinte de verre sans soudure et double vasque. Le miroir massif et espace de comptoir font se préparer pour une nuit sur la ville un vrai plaisir. Au moment de prendre votre retraite, profitez d'un lit king-size et d'un téléviseur 49 pouces.

Les deux chambres sont équipées de salle queen lits et généreux placards avec portes en miroir. Une chambre offre un accÚs direct à la salle de bain qui est dans les couleurs tranquilles du spa.

La buanderie comprend une laveuse et une sécheuse surdimensionnées Frigidaire avec un évier et une zone de pliage. Il ya une grande armoire à linge dans le couloir et un cellier de stockage supplémentaire à l'intérieur de la salle de lavage. Aussi inclus sont suspendus des crochets pour les serviettes et maillots de bain!

Aucun détail n'a été négligé et la qualité a été construit en long. Toutes les chambres sont recouvertes de moquette luxueuse, tandis que les sols du salon sont tous recouverts de carrelage en grain de bois afin que vous puissiez apprécier le look des bois francs grùce à la nature sans souci du carrelage.

We loved our stay at Angela's condo; we didn't want to leave!! It is beautifully remolded and very comfortable. I especially love the kitchen. It has everything you need. The appliances are top of the line, ample storage and space and beautifully laid out. The location of the condo is perfect. Just a 5 min walk to one of the many pools in RLPCC. And the area is very quiet! We loved our stay so much that we hope to return next year!!! Thank you, Angela, for allowing us to stay here!

Wonderful High End Amenities

My husband and I just returned from our second wonderful stay at this property. This rental has all the comforts of home with the feel of a luxury hotel. This home is beautifully decorated, well-appointed with high end appliances, everything you need in the kitchen to make a home cooked meal, and comfortable sleeping accommodations. Another great thing about this property is the location - it is just a stones throw to the River at Rancho Mirage where there is great shopping and dining. This property is great for a couples getaway, girls weekend, or anything in between! We will be again and again!

Fantastic weekend getaway

We've stayed in many properties in the Palm Desert area, and this is fantastic. It's obviously been newly and meticulously remodeled with all the best stuff -- top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, rainfall shower heads, plush towels, super comfy beds. Our weekend was a couples getaway, and we had plenty of comfortable seating on the patio overlooking the fairway to visit and sip cocktails. The kitchen was fully stocked, so we could cook all we wanted. The location is quiet and beautiful within a perfectly located complex right across from the Riverwalk entertainment center. We plan to go back again and again, and we would highly recommend this property to all of our friends.

Wonderful Home

We were thrilled with our one month rental. When we arrived, I asked if the home was just remodeled because it is so pristine and clean. Angela is a wonderful hostess and very attentive by resolving any issues quickly. The home is extremely well equipped. For example, I like to grill and the grill looked never used. I usually use a thermometer when I cook and I left my thermometer at home. Angela has two thermometers in the condo. Furniture inside and outside is very comfortable. The huge tv was great. The oven, cookware, bowls, etc. were great and appeared new. Very relaxing to watch golfers play.We hope we are fortunate enough to rent this property again in the future.

Such a nice stay!

Angela's condo was the nicest we've stayed at in the complex. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared for our stay. The property was so clean and organized, beds and linens so comfortable and kitchen so fully equipped. The tv in the living room was programmed with so many streaming services we truly felt pampered. The porch is situated to receive sun and shade throughout day and the fan overhead made sitting and enjoying the mountain view so comfortable even in the afternoon and evenings of very warm days. After our other accommodations fell through at the last minute (~1 wk prior) Angela opened her beautiful home to our family. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay . This Rancho Las Palmas home away from home is perfect in every way! Returning for yet another memorable Christmas getaway, our family of six felt completely safe and very comfortable in Angela's beautifully appointed home. Equipped with everything a chef could want we were able to enjoy our traditional turkey and all the trimmings followed by a host of Christmas movies on the big screen tv. Angela has thought of everything to make her guests feel welcome and pampered including blissful beds, plush towels, a gourmet's BBQ and more tv channels than we could watch. We highly recommend this sunny, easy care and beautifully maintained home hosted by a well organized, thoughtful, attentive and gracious owner, Angela. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Luxury hotel style condo

The entire process of renting Angela’s property and our stay was above and beyond my expectations despite all the positive reviews. I could go on and on from the bed linens, towels, the organized kitchen and everything one might need for cooking and preparing a gourmet meal, to the cleanliness of every nook and cranny of this home. Angela’s condo is a model for all rentals and it’s clear that she’s constantly updating the unit, appliances, etc. My only concern is that it is so very nice that my young kids were a little harder on the space than I would have liked! I highly recommend! The pools are close and we never saw anyone in the ones we used which was a perfect pandemic escape.

Forth stay at this property. We keep coming back because it is a “gem”! Meticulously well maintained and it has everything to make our stay feel pampered. Stayed here last year and this year. Same quality as always. There just isn't anything to be disappointed with. If you are thinking about staying in this area of the greater Palm Springs metro, and you have the size of family that would fit (6 person-max), then there is no better choice than this.

I would concur with the positive reviews reported on this website. Nothing negative to report. The place is contemporary, modern, clean, updated, and you can tell they pay attention to the details. We had great weather, which always helps, too! Great views to wake up to. Easy access to all kinds of stores, including Trader Joes and Whole Foods, which was a blessing for us. Never heard a peep out of any neighbors. Quiet, peaceful, restful vacation. Being in new home construction (among other things), I have a harder time relaxing when I am looking at things that need to be fixed. It is nice that I didn't have to think about those things, because everything was up to snuff. Also, the owner was helpful in a situation where we needed to talk over the phone. Don't hesitate if you want to rent this place.

My husband and I have just returned from our 5th visit to Angela's condo and love it even more every year. It is beautifully decorated and Angela has thought of everything we could possibly need during our month long stay. Although we think the condo is perfect, Angela makes upgrades every year. This year we noticed that she had replaced the carpet in all of the bedrooms. She doesn't wait for anything to get old or tired before changing it. The condo is always maintained to perfection and kept fresh and inviting. The condo is located on a very quiet street with a stunning view of the mountains and the golf course from the patio. It is close to shopping, theatres, and many excellent restaurants. We usually walk to the Starbucks at the River Entertainment Complex in the morning and back in the evening to go to restaurants, movies or shopping. The weekend Street Fair at College of the Desert is also within walking distance. The nearby McCallum Theatre provides a variety of concerts, Broadway type plays or the symphony for excellent entertainment .The central location of the condo at Rancho las Palmas in Rancho Mirage makes it a short drive to El Paseo or downtown Palm Springs. The condo is tastefully furnished and the beautiful bedrooms have comfortable beds and quality bedding. The large, gorgeous kitchen is equipped with high end appliances and lots of cookware, dishes, flatware and spices and staples. What I appreciate the most is that the condo is not only lovely but so incredibly clean and uncluttered. I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Thank you Angela for sharing your fabulous desert home with us. We can't wait to return.

Delightful Condo!

First Rate in Every Way

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous 5 week vacation in Angela's condo. This was our 4th visit to this property and we can't wait to return next year. The condo is immaculate; beautifully decorated and so well equipped with everything we need. The large kitchen is spectacular and the appliances are top notch. I particularly appreciate that the pantry is stocked with spices, vinegar and other staples so that we do not have to purchase them every year. The three bedrooms have gorgeous bedding and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The bathroom off the master bedroom is lovely with 2 sinks and a large walk in shower. Although Rancho Las Palmas is a huge complex, we love the location of this property. It is on a quiet street with minimal vehicle noise or traffic which is important to us especially when our grandchildren are visiting. There are two pools within a few minute walk from the condo and Angela supplies luxurious pool towels. We really enjoy having lunch or coffee on the south facing patio with stunning views of the mountains in the distance and the fountain on the third hole of the golf course. It is so relaxing and peaceful. My husband and I love to walk and particularly enjoy being within walking distance of the College of the Desert Market, the River Restaurant and Theatre Complex, the Westfield Mall and the McCallum Theatre. Angela is a delight to deal with. She responds immediately to any questions or email and promptly accommodates every request. She has thought of everything to make our vacation special. This property is first rate in every way!!!

In addition to the AMAZING winter weather, which makes it perfect for almost any outdoor activity, the Coachella Valley has too many great restaurants and amazing golf courses. If you love to shop there's El Paseo and the outlets in Cabazon. For gamblers, the Agua Caliente is one of the nicest Indian casinos in the state. With two other casinos also nearby, there is no lack of live entertainment with top rate musicians and comedians each week. There is always plenty to do, including the perfect environment for doing nothing and laying at the pool with a cold beverage!
