Host was very communicative with clear directions for check in and out, and resolved a minor issue very quickly for us. The location is awesome, short walk to the beach and restaurants. In unit laundry was essential and very much appreciated.

The location was everything. A quick walk across the street and you are on the beach. Restaurants and shopping at very short walking distance. The unit itself is clean and has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Loved every minute of our stay.

Perfect beach stay. Had everything we could have wanted for a beach vacation. Location is also so close to everything you could need. And the beach is only a 3 min walk away.

Neat and comfortable place

Sea view, comfortable setting, everything is neatly arranged and labeled, location is perfect right across road from the beach. Highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

Sarah has a very comfortable and well-stocked condo to stay at. She has provided everything one needs and her attention to detail is second to none. Everything was there and was in good condition. And the condo was very clean. We have stayed at the Vista before but Sarah’s place is by far the best. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great condo in a cool location

Brilliant condo fully equipped with everything for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, games… wonderful beach just across the road. Shops and restaurants nearby - we loved the foodtrucks… Communication with Sarah was quick and very helpful. We would recommend this condo to everyone. Thanks Myrna and family

Stay was good. Very clean. Plenty of towels and linens. In unit washer/dryer a definite plus. Only issue is that the unit is not air conditioned. Yes there are air conditioners but they are on timers and use of them is discouraged. The unit stays very warm, coolest at night during our stay without the AC was 77. With the AC it took a good bit to cool down. Other than being a bit warm, we had a great stay.

Excellent communication with the Manager is #1. All of our request were handled quickly and efficiently.Very clean and recently remodeled unit with a palm tree view and the beach for sunsets is right across the street.

Great Location

My husband and I stayed here for a week. Very convenient place, beach is a short walk across street. There are shops and dining to the left and right of the condo. This condo had everything we needed, beach chairs and a cooler we used almost everyday. My only complaint is that it is on a very busy street. The garbage trucks come right around 8am daily, it can be very loud. Overall, we are pleased with our stay. We would stay here again

Close to everything, spacious, sparkling clean.

Impeccably clean, great facilities, thoughtful details. My partner and I really enjoyed this condo and Sarah was easy to deal with, helpful and responded to messages immediately. Lots of beach goodies available for us to use. Great location, with shops, beaches, and grocery nearby. We didn't love the property management (they were not super friendly or helpful), but that wasn't really in the host's control. Overall one of the cleanest and most thoughtful properties we've stayed at.

Perfect Maui getaway

Wow! Condo exceeded our expectations! Great place for our family of 4 (8yo and 11yo kids). Every detail has been well thought out and had everything we needed. Very short walk across the street to the beach and walkable (or a short drive) to stores. Parking is easy; we never had trouble finding a spot near the condo. Owner is responsive and communicates all instructions/details well. Will definitely tell friends/family and we hope to return to this condo again!

Property was nice enough and location was good close to local beach. Lanai unfortunately was not available for most of stay. Painting and noise from construction equipment was right outside unit for 5 out of 7 day stay. Air conditioning was minimal, on a timer, so unit was uncomfortably warm at times.

Thank you for your feedback. The condo complex periodically conducts larger maintenance projects, like exterior painting of the whole building, including condo lanais. Unfortunately the timing of the painting was out of our control. We offered the guest an opportunity to change their reservation, but the guest wished to finish out their stay at our condo. The lanai painting is now done and guests now have full use of the lanai again.

Perfect place to stay in Maui!

This was the perfect place in Maui for my husband and I. We wanted a central location so we could see Hāna, Kaanapali, and Kihei without feeling like we had too far to drive each day. The condo unit was very clean and it was stocked with everything you could possibly need for your stay. I didn’t even need to use my own shampoo, conditioner or body wash, so that was a nice touch they provided. We also appreciated the Brita water pitcher in the fridge! The location is perfect walking distance to the beach as well as places to eat and drink. It’s only a 10 minute walk in either direction for restaurants. Communication with the host was great and it’s a simple check in and out process. I would stay here again if we make it back to Maui!
