A great property to spend time in while on Maui. Communication with host was excellent! The location across from Kam 2 is perfect for a variety of beach activities with many places to eat and shop within walking distance as well. This unit is well cared for and has everything you might need to have a very enjoyable stay! I would definitely stay here again! Aloha!

The accommodation was excellent & as advertised. It was perfectly located for beach access, sunsets & walking distance to many restaurants & shops. The condo had excellent appliances & everything that made our stay most enjoyable. The instruction manuals provided were clear & helpful. We were able to relax & enjoy ourselves. We definitely recommend staying at Roxanne & Nicholas’ condo, beautiful property. Thank you!

Perfect little beach apartment

Quiet, comfortable, clean, well maintained, well stocked with needed supplies. Perfect location across the street from the beach, short walk to restaurants and night life. I would definitely stay here every time I come to Maui.

Perfect as always

This was the second year in a row we stayed in this lovely condo at Kihei Kai Nani. We were thrilled it was available. The grounds and amenities are top notch. The location is unbeatable. It feels like our second home.

Amazing as always! You won't find a better host than Roxanne. Her condo is adorable and has become our go to when visiting Maui. The cute decor, amazing location, comfortable bed, kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals if that is your desire, ocean view on the lanai and beautiful grounds with amazing pool make this a little slice of paradise. We will definitely book this condo next year. Thank you Roxanne for going above and beyond. Mahalo!

Decent Place

This property was pretty decent. Not the worst place I've stayed, but not the best either. The walls are pretty thin so the wild roosters will wake you up pretty early.
