Very close to everything we needed and the wedding venue. Great shower pressure and comfy sofa. I would bring your own pillows. The ones provided for the bedrooms not very good.

Pros: The house was clean. It has basic amenities like fridge, toaster, living room TV, basic bedrooms, blankets, plenty of towels and wash cloths. Cons: The neighborhood is sketchy at best. My stay was on a weekend and I arrived after my event I went to around Midnight. There were some people walking around down the street for absolutely no reason. People going in and out of the house across the way like multiple different people making a ton of noise. There was a nasty mattress on the corner by the "driveway". I say driveway cause it's not it's basically a wide space between this house and the neighbors. There's a house right behind the VRBO that also parks there. For security there's a fence around the front yard that a child could jump. No lock on the gate. Not one single exterior camera. This house was recently remodeled and it is 100% a landlord special. Missing trim, missing wall plate on the 1 of the light switches, absolutely no shelving and nothing to grab on to in the shower so if you fall you're out of luck saving yourself. The shower opens up on the toilet side and you have maybe 2 inches to work with. The bathroom as a whole is not even big enough for a child let alone an adult. No blow-dryer so pack your own. The air conditioner takes HOURS to cool down host keeps it on 78 and doesn't bother to turn it down before check in although they could since it's a smart thermostat. Overall I would not stay again.

Tunde responded quickly to questions about the reservation. However, I cannot recommend this property due to location, parking situation, and poor quality remodel. The property was enclosed with an aged, deteriorating fence. Parking was in a vacant lot beside and outside of the fence. We were unsure about security/safety. Luggage, etc. had to be unloaded on the street and through the gate with a cracked sidewalk that did not extend the full length. Landscaping was weeds. We immediately booked a room at the Courtyard by Marriott for the two nights and stayed there.

Clean but everything goes on the floor

Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately there is no where to put anything. The shower has no shelves so soap and shampoo goes on floor. Bathroom has no hooks or even a toilet paper holder. So everything goes on floor. No dressers in bedroom or even luggage bench. A couple hundred dollars could do wonders here.

Property owner was fantastic!

Wasn't sure about the neighborhood at first but we had zero issues. House is a bit dated and the front bedroom smelled of smoke. When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Messaged the property owner and everything was taken care of within an hour!! EXCELLENT customer service! Overall not a bad experience and it was very convenient to my activity.

What a bargain!

Clean. Approximately priced. Didn’t like cigarette smoke smell. Not impressed with renovation. Close to restaurants,etc. I do recommend & would stay here again.
