Welcome to the heart of historic downtown Conway, where the fusion of past and present creates an exquisite ambiance in this modern loft. As you step through the entrance, you are greeted by exposed brick walls that tell tales of a bygone era, hinting at the rich history of the building. The hardwood floors echo with the footsteps of generations past, adding a touch of authenticity to the contemporary design. This loft is located in the Historic Spivey Building, built in 1936 and is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Sunlight streams through large, industrial-style windows, illuminating the open-concept space with a warm and inviting glow. The high ceilings create a sense of spaciousness, allowing the eclectic mix of modern and vintage furnishings to coexist harmoniously.
