Welcome to Nashville's Downtown Jive! Dance your way to town from our condo on the Cumberland River, right into the heart of the Music City. Community pool (open MDW-Labor Day), fitness center, and bars and restaurants just around the corner - you can’t beat this location to all of Nashville’s hot spots!

Comfortable enough for four guests, the walkable location of our condo is the perfect home base for your Nashville adventures! You'll have a community pool from MDW->Labor Day, plus, access to the fitness center, and riverfront views year round.

Picture this, it's been a long day walking the city so you decide to lay down. Wait a second...is that a cloud your sleeping on? Nope, that's just our generous sleeping arrangements and cozy couch.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a home cooked meal or a quick bite, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook before heading out on the town.

The cherry on top is the proximity to downtown and riverfront views. If you're up for it, you'll be able to explore Nashville on foot or hail an Uber or Lyft to the Nashville highlights. If you're looking for a spot downtown, what more could you want? This is your next home-away-from-home!

The community pool is open from Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day weekend.

Please be aware that, unfortunately, we do not have control over pool or gym closures and maintenance. It's essential to mention that, as per Airbnb's policy, partial refund requests made during your stay for closures will be regrettably declined.

There is one dedicated parking spot for you. Feel free to walk downtown or use Uber and Lyft to all of the famous Nashville hot spots.

Keep Nashville safe initiative! While our complex is quiet and safe please keep in mind that this is an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. Best practices make sure you have a lovely stay downtown!

    Overall stay was great. The pics are a little deceiving not sure you could sleep 4 adults there, but it was a nice place. Shower was ok.. not much pressure but overall not bad.

    Anniversary getaway

    Condo was exactly as pictured in listing. Bed was very comfortable. We did not stay in condo much as we were out seeing the sites and bar hopping, The location is good but cannot walk easily to Broadway. We Ubered for about $13 (inc tip) each time and it was great! Very nice to get off the main drag to sleep for sure. The only suggestion I have, is to put a small stool/shelf in shower to keep shampoo bottles on instead of us having to get them off the floor. Other than that, you have everything you need in the condo! Thank you!!!

    Great for a long weekend

    My daughter wanted to experience Nashville for her 16th Birthday. Close to the downtown activities but far enough away for after hours quiet time. The place was great! My wife and I are neat freaks and this exceeded our expectations.

    Nice Weekend Getaway

    Overall we had a nice stay. Quite spacious condo, bed is super comfortable, and location is great! Only couple of issues we had were: locking the outside door (it did not automatically lock and we needed to use palm of your hand to lock which we figured out by googling) and there was some mold in the coffee Keurig, otherwise, all went well and communication from property owner was good! Would recommend!

    Great location for visiting Broadway

    What a great place! The bed was super comfortable and the pace was nicely appointed and clean. We did not get to use the pool, however, it looked awesome. There are rental bikes and scooters in the parking lot. We were hesitant to walk to Broadway because of the surrounding construction going on. I recommend using Uber it was $15.00 to get to Broadway. The taxi charged us $25.00 for the 2 mile ride back from Broadway!

    Nice place

    We liked the condo. The king bed was very comfortable. I am not sure it should be listed as sleeping four people, the sofa in the living area is a trundle and is very small. It would work for two children but not two adults. We had to go purchase an air mattress to sleep comfortably. The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the pool too. As far as walking downtown we would not do that at night or during the day because you have to walk thru a large homeless camp under two of the bridges. We took an UBER and that was $10 plus the tip. We felt safe in the complex and would definitely stay again.

    The condo was in a nice, quiet neighborhood but close enough to downtown to walk and feel safe. It was clean and comfortable with a nice pool and a view of the river.

    Excellent place to stay

    Everything about this property was great! Location - by the river, scenic, safe, very well lit at night, close to Broadway but not too close. Inside the condo - nicely furnished and decorated, had everything you could need, looked just like the photos. Great amenities - very nice pool, off street assigned parking, easy electric lock, gym and laundry. Communication - excellent and timely. You can tell that the host takes pride in providing an excellent VRBO experience for his guests. If we come back to Nashville, we would definitely book this condo again.

    Perfect Getaway

    We were visiting for the long weekend as a quick getaway and this property was perfect for our needs. It has the basics but they are done well. Felt very homey and was close enough to Broadway to allow us to walk each day (although it was far enough away that we didn’t go a back and forth more than once a day). Parking and entry access were very easy and hassle free. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay when visiting!

    Spectacular

    We were first-time VRBO users: Everything was excellent: from the very “tasteful” decorating, to the “little things” such as a embroidered “make-up” cloth, super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, wi-fi & tv’s-plural. Our host, Justin, communicated immediately. Thank you for a wonderful stay. NOTE: the “walk” from VRBO to “downtown” Nashville a good 25mins walk (one-way).
