Nice clean unit within walking distance of Broadway. Excellent communication with host. A little smaller than expected but still comfortable for 4 adults. Convenient to local restaurant (Jonathan’s, Sports Bar) for good food and great drink specials. Did not use amenities (gym, laundry and pool) but would recommend staying.

Great location to Broadway and the baseball stadium, both were very walkable. Beds were very comfortable. Being on the ground floor was a bonus!! Plus watching out the windows and seeing the boats up and down the river was great! The pool area was nice. The host answered me right away upon check in when the door code didn't work. All in all, I would stay at this location again.

Overall a good option to be in this area of Nashville. I am in town often and usually stay at a brand hotel but decided to try this for a longer stay. First, the host was great, very responsive! I would stay here again but I want to share some details for others:- covered parking is great, unit really is on the river, pool is close to the unit, laundry and gym are 100yds at the end, gym is very limited currently- this is an older building. The unit is well kept and functional but not luxurious. You do get noise from the unit above.- Broadway is technically walking distance but be careful at night as the path is partially lit and some campers along the way- this is basically Germantown and you can walk to a few places. - there are a few Lime bikes and Scooters staged here typicallyThanks again to Stella!

Everything advertised is what you can expect! The communication with Stella was great! Due to the storm back in NY, we asked if we could stay a couple of extra nights. Since there was availabilty, there was no issue with us having to move somewhere else. This is a really great spot and should we venture back down to Nashville, I would love to return to this location.

Location was great. Photos do not quite match what the place looks like. We had to clean out showers and sinks as there was some type of cleaner and cobwebs that were in the corners and not cleaned out. Fridge did not work while we were there to keep food cool so that was a bit of a bummer as we planned to cook there one night.Host did communicate but I had to message a few times to hear back.Again- location was great, overall would not stay here again.

hank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we're so glad the location worked well for your trip. I'm sincerely sorry the cleanliness fell short on arrival — that's not the standard we hold ourselves to, and I've already followed up with our cleaning team to make sure the showers, sinks, and corners are addressed in their checklist going forward. I'm also truly sorry about the refrigerator. Had I known during your stay, I would have arranged a repair or replacement right away; it has since been serviced and is fully operational. I apologize as well for the delayed responses on my end and appreciate your patience. Feedback like yours is how we improve, and I'm grateful you shared it. Wishing you safe travels.

Great stay in Nashville.

We loved the condo! It was everything we needed for a 4 day stay. It was decorated nicely & had a little balcony to sit & enjoy the river. The walk to broadway was doable ( 20”) for 3, 60 somethings & a 40 year old. The beds were very comfortable & the shower had good water pressure. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

CLEAN ( thats obviously huge) LOCATION This was the perfect spot, it was in walking distance of the nissan stadium, the property manager was easy to get ahold of, when i kept trying to unlock the lock box instead of the door ( it says that in the check in directions) i was tired..... I would definitely book this again, its also right on the river and it was cool to watch the boats and see the little critters.

Nice location to downtown

This was a nice launching point for any downtown activities. There are plenty of things in walking distance. It is right on the river with a nice view. It is sort of in a corner area along the train tracks, but there were clearly other people using it as short term rentals with Uber and Lyft pick ups coming frequently. The decor was fun.

Nice and relaxing

Good property, very nice to have the balcony with river view. Walkable to Germantown and restaurants. We did not walk to downtown based on the route and neighborhood that you would have to pass through to get there. But ride-sharing is an easy option. Great visit!

Cute, comfortable condo close to everything!

The property was exactly as explained on line. It had a cute sitting area on the river and windows facing the river. We could walk to all downtown events, restaurants, shops, etc. People are not partying or loud. Parking can be tight with a truck but always available, you just need to take your time driving through the structure.

Great Stay

This place was exactly as it says in the listing. It was clean and comfortable, and close to everything we needed to Uber to. The view from the living room/kitchen was always a source of entertainment watching the barges going back and forth. The only thing that was a negative to us which was of no fault of the owner of the vrbo was the permanent resident above us was a very heavy walker/furniture mover starting at 7 am every morning.

Location was great

Location was great but we felt there were a few things that could be worked on. The fan light in king size bedroom didn’t work. So it was dark in there. I emailed the property owner and no response. The toilet in small bathroom flooded. I did get a response back from the owner quickly. For 4 people ran out of toilet paper. Ran out of hand soap. No shampoo or bath soap like it was advertised. That was disappointing as those are easy fixes. Would be nice to provide a box of Kleenexes. Also for 4 people only 3 wash clothes was provided. Not sure what that was about

Absolutely a dirty gross place.

Everything about this place didn’t even compare to property photos or description . As we walked in the smell of a dirty musty moldy condo . The carpets were beyond filthy . The pictures of the place are definitely when it was new. The couch was as all stained and dirty. The windows and patio were covered in spider webs and bugs. Property managers blamed it on the river. Said it was clean two days before. So they don’t care what it looks like for new customers. The sheets on beds are old and cheap. We left right away that same day within 15 mins after paying for 3 full nights. We couldn’t stand how disgusting the smell of carpets and the smell. There is also as soft spot in kitchen floor. Like a rotten floor definitely a risk of falling through the floor . I talked to host ,They said they would refund the cleaning bill only !!!!! This place should not even be on VBRO. I’ll post a few pictures. Very disappointed with VBRO. Will make me very Leary to book with them again. As they said they will not refunding me at all other than the cleaning bill. NOT impressed!!!!! A moldy, musty accommodation is definitely a health risk .

Hi, I'm Val — your host and your behind-the-scenes guide to making sure your Nashville visit is everything you hoped for. I've been a Superhost on Airbnb & VRBO for 7 years, with over 1,000 reviews across Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com, and I genuinely love welcoming guests to Music City. My response rate is 100%, and I typically reply within an hour — so if you have a question before, during, or after your stay, just message me. I'm here to help. Whether you need restaurant recommendations, directions, help arranging an early check-in, or just want to know which honky-tonk has the best band on a Wednesday night — I've got you. My goal is simple: I want you to leave already planning your next trip back.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Why This Property?
📍 Location, location, location. You're a 20-minute walk or 5-minute Uber from Broadway's honky-tonks, and within strolling distance of Nissan Stadium and Germantown's best restaurants. Skip the rental car — every Nashville hotspot is 10 minutes away.
🌊 The view that sells itself. Wake up to the Cumberland River right outside your window. It's the kind of peaceful morning you don't expect to find this close to the action.
🛏️ Room for the whole group. Two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa mean five+ people can stretch out comfortably — no awkward sleeping arrangements, no waiting for the shower.
🚗 Two covered parking spaces. Anyone who's tried to park in Nashville knows what a rare gift this is.
🏊 Resort-style amenities. Seasonal pool, on-site gym, community laundry — everything you need for a stay that feels more like home than a hotel.
✨ The best of both worlds. Walk to the music, the food, and the energy of Music City. Come home to a quiet riverfront retreat. That balance is hard to find — and it's what makes this place special.
