Please be advised that while the pool remains open, the hot tub is currently closed for remodeling. This renovation began on December 8th, 2025, and the area will remain inaccessible to all residents, tenants, and guests until further notice.

Complex backs to the 71 acre Vista Del Camino Park which includes one of the nation's top frisbee disc courses, fishing lakes, walking/biking paths and several playgrounds.

This is your ideal haven for Family Reunions, Gatherings (no parties- just your group please!), Golf Trips, Spring Training, Couplesâ Getaways, and anyone wanting to spend some time in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale and experience all that this amazing city offers.

Convenient access to the 101 and 202 freeways, which will take you anywhere you need to go! UBER or Lyft are readily available, as are golf carts and electric scooters.
âŽA BREATH OF FRESH AIR
This is a SMOKE-FREE & PET-FREE home. In the event that you will be traveling with a service animal, please ask the host to send over the Courteous Conduct and Cleanliness Agreement for your review and agreement prior to your stay.
POOL AREA: Enjoy full access to the large heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. There are three deluxe BBQ grills near the pool area that you are free to use.
PARKING:
There is a 1 car garage attached to our unit free to use. If you park in a space in the complex parking lot without a permit you are at risk of being be towed! Please let us know if you will need additional parking.
The garage, measuring 10âx20â, is suitable for a full-size vehicle. Oversized or larger SUVs and pick-up trucks will not fit into the garage. The garage door must be kept closed at all times. Oversized vehicles will need to park nearby on the neighborhood streets across from the complex.
Other things to note:
There is a FREE Scottsdale trolley that runs every half hour to and from Old Town Scottsdale. The trolley stop is located just one block south of the complex's entrance.
Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft are abundantly available, as are motorized scooters and golf carts.
Conveniently close to Old Town, ASU, Phoenix Sky Harbor airport, Phoenix Zoo, Papago Park, Camelback Mountain and Spring Training fields. Easy access to Loop 101 and 202.
