The place is in a great location. The property is a bit tired and worn however. Having a golf cart would have been better. Parking is a challenge everywhere.

I would recommend that they add a Keurig. The bedroom is on the parking lot side, which added some noise, especially from the neighbors. Overall, great value and great location in Sandestin. Balcony was a bit small and the was not able to turn off porch lite at all which attracted a lot of bugs. Ceiling fans would have been nice but the air conditioner worked great
