The first floor offers an open floor plan that combines the kitchen, dining room, and family room into one spacious relaxing stay. The house also offers two additional first floor sitting rooms, one equipped as an office space. Outside, the fun continues on the half-acre fenced lot, complete with outbuildings for fun and games, and all sorts of outdoor adventures.
