Cette maison est bord de l'eau avec le sentiment d'ĂȘtre sur un bateau de croisiĂšre.

Récemment rénové jusqu'aux goujons! **Wifi**


Plafonds voûtés dans la grande salle avec coin salon et salle à manger. Grande télévision à écran plat, cùble avec HBO et Showtime et un lecteur DVD. Air central et WiFi.

Cuisine spacieuse avec ßlot et deux tabourets. Construit dans le coin petit-déjeuner avec une vue imprenable sur l'eau. Comptoirs en marbre de Carrera et armoires blanches de beadboard.

3 chambres et 2 salles de bain complĂštes.
2 des chambres ont des lits queen size, TV à écran plat et des curseurs sur le pont privé en bord de mer. Quel endroit pour prendre votre café du matin tout en appréciant le lever du soleil ou un verre de vin le soir!

Les deux salles de bain complĂštes. Une avec douche / baignoire et l'autre avec une grande douche Ă  l'italienne.

Belle véranda / salle de lecture avec des vues panoramiques.

Planchers de bois partout.

À l'extĂ©rieur, il y a une belle terrasse en pierre bleue, une grande terrasse Ă  l'extĂ©rieur de deux de la chambre et un ponton / pont directement sur l'eau.

Il y a aussi une grande douche extérieure avec dressing.

Belle fosse d'incendie Ă  gaz en plein air!

S'il vous plaßt apporter vos propres draps et serviettes, tout le reste est fourni, y compris un sÚche-cheveux, du papier toilette, des serviettes en papier, des filtres à café, des pots et des casseroles et des sacs à ordures.

Dennis a 16 plages à apprécier à la fois sur l'océan et la baie. 3 terrains de golf publics sont à proximité. Nous aimons le parcours de golf Bass River.

3 miles du village de Dennis avec des magasins, salon de crÚme glacée et restaurants.
5 minutes en voiture des belles plages de la baie de Cape Cod (Corporation, Mayflower).

Endroit calme avec des miles de sentiers de la nature juste au coin de la rue.

Les frais pour les animaux domestiques s'élÚvent à 50 USD de plus par séjour. Sauf pour les séjours d'une semaine quand il est de 100 $ par séjour.

Petites zones sableuses des deux cÎtés du quai privé. La taille de la plage dépend de la saison.

The house was so cozy and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable as well! Hard to find that in most houses I’ve rented. Meg the owner was very nice and very easy to communicate with. The pond was so peaceful and relaxing. Centrally located on the Cape. 6A is a nice route to drive even in the winter. Do not hesitate to stay here :)

What a wonderful cottage! We had everything we needed and so much more. There were many cozy spaces to relax, watch the birds, and read. The host offered information about “off season” restaurants and her recommendations were spot on.

We cut our trip short because nobody slept. 2very cranky kids and two adults who were after a quiet restful holiday. Beds were uncomfortable. The step down on both sides of kitchen were a hazard and we had 2 falls. Thank goodness nothing serious.

Two friends & one dog came back a second time to this precious cottage. Meg covers everything ahead of arrival & is responsive promptly to any questions during the stay. Went to a wedding on the cape and the Sunrise Cottage was a perfect base for us and our three adult children. Relaxing, quiet neighborhood with trails to walk on around the pong. Cottage was clean and well provisioned with everything we needed. Look forward to staying again. Thanks !!

This house is gorgeous. The views out the back are beautiful. The fire pit was enjoyed on most of our evenings, watching the fireflies. Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and the property is private. Meg was very helpful with advice on local places to visit. Very responsive host. Thank you for sharing your house with us.

Wonderful visit to the cape

Decided to get away for a handful of days during the kids April break from school. Looked for a place we could take our lab since we decided to go late in the game for boarding. The location was great right on the pond and having the trails to walk over to with him. We brought our bikes and hit the rail trail a couple days. Boys went fishing and caught a few varieties. Took a day trip over to Nantucket with my daughters - lovely visit all around. View from Scarbo tower was pretty. House was clean and well stocked!

Fantastic Accommodations

Meg's attentions to details and accessibility made this stay one of the very best we have experienced on the cape! The view of the pond at all times of the day or night is fantastic for viewing wildlife and relaxing. The property is well stocked with dishes and cookware plus we appreciated the little touches such as ample dishwashing detergent and dog blankets for covering the couch. Beds were very comfortable with very nice pillows and linens. Was a little too cold for making use of the kayaks on the frozen pond or other exterior amenities, but I am sure they would very nice during warmer months. Also really appreciated that we could vacation with our dog, who we could tell, felt very comfortable staying here. Will definitely check for availability the next time we return to the cape!

Not enough superlatives for this place!

Spectacular location with walls of windows overlooking a pristine pond. 3-minute walk to lovely trail through conservation land where dogs can romp off-leash. House had a perfect layout for 2 couples and a toddler. Furnishings and decor made the home as beautiful as it was comfortable. We were truly sad to leave!

Perfectly lovely

Pictures show exactly what to expect - it’s a cute, cozy, well decorated and nicely located house perfect for a weekend getaway. We loved bringing our pup, the kids loved using binoculars to watch the pond wildlife, and the adults enjoyed a comfortable home for relaxing. We rent homes often for our getaways and this one is high on the list of places we would return. Meg was thorough in all communication and I have no doubt she would have immediately jumped in to assist should there have been any issues.

Better than imagined

A week on Flax Pond in the Sunrise Cottage was pure bliss. The house is homey & well appointed with multiple seating & viewing options. The beds are super comfortable. Meg is the best hostess we’ve ever met. She responds immediately & with genuine kindness. The walking trails are great & the dog had a blast. The Ring Bros Market has excellent food & prepared food & they deliver! We planned our trip around the full moon &, with the reflection, got double full moon energy! We love this place ‘ will return.

Terrific!

The house has lovely views and is thoughtfully laid out and equipped. Our stay was so very comfortable. The new beach toys were perfect! And the pond was amazing, clean and quiet, with conservation land edging half of it. Two sit-on-top kayaks and two paddle boards were supplied. The host was very responsive.

Sunrise cottage lives up to its name!

Sunrise cottage offers a beautiful sunrise every morning. The kayaks, paddle boards, outdoor shower as well as the updated and well maintained cottage made our stay comfortable and perfect for our family. The proximity to the Dennis beaches made our stay complete.

Loved it!

The view of the pond from the kitchen and deck is a memory I keep coming back to; so tranquil and lovely. Our family has vacationed in Cape Cod for many years and we loved the location, close to Captain Frosty's!! A family fave. The conservation area was a major plus for walking our dog while enjoying nature. The gas fireplace was a great feature when we had cool nights. Meg had a great list of suggestions and was a responsive host. Thanks!

Perfect getaway. Beautiful, waterfront property.

We recently spent a week at Sunrise cottage, and our experience was truly exceptional. The cottage has everything we needed, and so much more. Flax pond is especially private and peaceful, with much of the surrounding land being conservation area... but also holds tons of room for fun and adventure. Even on our coldest days my husband enjoyed fishing from the dock and most days kayaking this expansive, sandy-bottom pond. The water is so clear and clean. We enjoyed watching the ducks and ducklings dive and splash around - especially first thing in the mornings. Oh the mornings! They are spectacular at sunrise cottage. This home fills with light in the mornings, and made it the perfect start to every day. This is also a great location, and central to everything Cape Cod has to offer. So many great restaurants, museums, markets and quaint coffee shops - even off season there was always plenty to do. We were especially pleased with the amount of hiking, walking and biking trails available. You can truly walk just about anywhere. Lastly, Meg was the most amazing host. Super responsive to our questions (literally within minutes), not to mention extremely kind and accommodating. Meg was certainly the cherry on top. Thank youuu! This was one of our most treasured vacations and we will undoubtedly be returning.

The perfect retreat

Sunrise Cottage is perfect in every way. I was looking for a quiet spot to relax and recharge with friends. The pond is so pretty all day long, and between the view and the warm fireplace we never felt the need to leave. I brought my dog and hiking through the conservation land was a treat. Can't wait to be back!

Cannot say enough that is positive about this home.. It is clean and well maintained. All acoutremonts are high end. The view of the pond is spectacular.I had trouble leaving the house to do things--there was so much beauty and comfort available right there.

This cottage is in a quiet waterside neighborhood with walking trails around the pond and to the golf course. Great to walk your dogs and then let them take a dip in the crystal clear pond.

We have renovated and furnished this property to our liking and we hope yours. We installed central air, a gas Heatilator fireplace, gas heat and vaulting the ceilings.
