The area offers wide beaches filled with shells, stunning sunsets, and breathtaking views of the water and distant islands. The lot backs up to a bike path, so be sure to bring your bikes to enjoy leisurely rides. Additionally, you are close to marinas, restaurants, shopping, golf courses, shrimp boat docks, and other attractions. A few of the nearby places to visit include Bay Creek Park, Edisto Beach State Park, Edisto Island Serpentarium, and Botany Bay Heritage Preserve.
This retreat is the perfect place for outdoor living, featuring a fabulous enclosed backyard with beautiful native trees, including lowcountry live oaks and tall palmettos. For an additional fee, you can enjoy the heated pool with an attached pool spa, a BBQ area with a gas grill, and a covered ground-floor patio complete with an outdoor dining area and a smart TV. An outdoor restroom and shower are also available.
As you enter this multi-level retreat, you are welcomed by a bright and airy open floor plan with hardwood floors throughout. The living room is the perfect spot to relax and unwind, with a cozy sectional right in front of a large smart TV with Xfinity Live TV. The chef of the group will love preparing meals in the well-appointed open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The designated laundry room with a washer/dryer is attached to the kitchen. The living room opens onto a screened porch with a dining area overlooking the pool, making it the perfect spot to dine, play board games and cards, and create everlasting memories. There are two bedrooms on this level, including a primary suite with a smart TV, a walk-in closet, and an en suite bath. The second level houses a sunny family room with a smart TV and a Connect Four game, a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker, and three additional bedrooms, each with a smart TV.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 152 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
