Great Place

Owners were very friendly. Kept the walk shovelled for us throughout the snow. Nice place. Photo of the front door of the house made the ad slightly misleading, but the basement apartment was very nice and spacious.

Great neighborhood and hosts

My spouse and I stayed with Rob and Andrea for almost 3 months while we looked to buy a house. They are very kind people and were always responsive to our communications. The neighborhood is a great area and they have a beautiful house. We liked that the front door to the basement apartment had a lot of natural light and there is a nice area to sit outside that feels pretty private. The internet might be a problem if you are working from there. But it would be a lovely place for vacation! The basement is bigger than most apartments we have lived in haha. It had the amenities we needed, lots of space to hang out for a large family or group, and Rob & Andrea were quiet above our heads :-)

The owners are very nice people. The home and property are well maintained. The rooms are fully furnished. and the appliances are in good working order.

Very spacious! Great theater room!

Definitely enjoyed this property, close to the ski mountains. Washer and dryer came in handy. Beautiful suburban setting. Bedrooms are nicely separated for privacy. So much living space.

Great space

We were so happy with the size vs price of the property. We were able to spread out as two of us needed to work. We also loved the theatre room and the sound system there. It was so nice to have a full size kitchen and the location was ideal for what our activities were during our stay.

It’s a wonderful spacious apartment in a great location. We thoroughly enjoy the theatre room, having a full kitchen, wonderful host and room to spread out. We would definitely consider reserving this location again.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

This is a quiet, country setting with a walking trail behind. It is a beautiful newer home with many amenities in a nice upscale neighborhood. We love country life and enjoy horses and that is why we bought the land and built on this property. We call our downstairs apartment our Beach House in the Basement. We love the beach but also the mountains and when we aren't at the beach we can still enjoy the feel of the beach in in our daylight basement. We welcome longer stays and give a good discount.

We have a large spacious daylight basement of 2200 sq. feet in a quiet, safe neighborhood with off street parking. We give great discounts for longer stays.
