This comfortable Oceanfront Villa, Sunset Paradise - Villa 3, features in both levels a spacious open living/dining/kitchen areas with a large sectional for relaxing or watching TV.

In 1st level, Villa Maria, Two bedrooms share a complete bathroom, the Oceanside master have a private bath and you will find the Oceanside covered and uncovered patio across the entire back of the Villa.

At 2nd level, Villa Isabella, you will find Two King Bedrooms with private bathrooms, three bedrooms with shared bathroom, a big balcony/terrace facing the ocean.

Both have a BBQ/Grill, hammock, comfortable patio furniture, and direct access to the seashore. With a Jacuzzi/Spas located on the terrace of the 2nd level facing the sea.

This is a perfect stay for your family or group of friends looking for a private getaway in the calm and peaceful Caribbean Sea, looking for oceanfront rest or on the beach.

Guests of Sunset Paradise Villas can enjoy the infinity swimming pool located upstairs at rooftop terrace. This is the ideal place to enjoy with with your group the stunning Ocean and Sunsets view.

The property also enjoys direct access to the sea shore, and through our sandy beach just beside the property.
Other things to note
The shore of our beach is constantly changing, sometimes it has a lot of sand and sometimes the level drops. But the water is always crystal clear, the bottom is sandy, excellent for water sports, bathing, swimming, snorkeling, kayaking and SUP paddle boarding. Equipment is available for rent at the property.

Usually the water is calm, but in occasions where the sea is affected by some weather system.

When the sand level drops and access from the property is difficult, we have a sandy beach right next to the property. You don't need to take the car to get there.

You could book the whole Sunset Paradise Villas property that counts on eight villas, which also could be booked separately or in combination for 2, 4 ,6 ,8, 10, 14, 18, 22, 28 or up to 50 guests.
