Costa Paraiso est un paradis en bord de mer situĂ© dans la ville d’Aguada. Le sable, l'ocĂ©an et la merveilleuse brise tropicale vous permettent de vous sentir dĂ©tendus et bĂ©nis dans les mers des CaraĂŻbes.
Cette rĂ©sidence glamour de deux Ă©tages peut accueillir 12 personnes au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et 10 personnes au premier Ă©tage. La rĂ©sidence Costa Paraiso est situĂ©e Ă  proximitĂ© de plages dĂ©diĂ©es aux sports nautiques tels que le surf, la plongĂ©e avec tuba, le kayak, le beach-volley, la natation et la pĂȘche. La Table Rock, El Ucar, Pico de Piedra, entre autres, sont les plages sur lesquelles vous pourrez pratiquer vos sports nautiques prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s.

We enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The location is amazing
private and quiet, yet close enough to restaurants and grocery for anything needed. We made meals at the home everyday for our family of 12 and found the kitchen to be well stocked. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with no need to share bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool, the grill and the ping pong table! We would definitely stay here again. It was perfect.

Great house with plenty of space for all

Family of 10 adults and 4 kids. Plenty of space for everyone. Outdoor area was wonderful. Rooms were clean and everyone had their own minifridge.

Awesome location, large house

Check in process was sent to us the day of, getting into the house was easy. Decent beach in the back yard. The outdoor shower was a big win for our group. A/C unit did okay, only had one that was leaking at nighttime but still did the job. Recommend staying here with your large group! Parking was more than enough for 6 large vehicles.

PROsLooks exactly like the photos. It really is right on the ocean, has a big yard, nice pool & patio. Beds, bedrooms, & bathrooms are all numbered correctly. Layout is ideal for a big group. Kitchen & main area on one level. 4 of the bedrooms - each with a bathroom - are on an upper floor. Lower floor is setup like an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen & living area. A few times, a tour bus pulls up, people get out, take photos.No flushing toilet paper - bring wipes to throw away. No beach towels provided.The beach changes drastically based on the tide. Some days you can lay on the beach. Others, waves crash hard & take away the entire beach.Tiny prep area in the kitchen. Hire Chef Edwin Olivero. He’s well-priced & took care of everything from menus to shopping to cooking & cleaning.

Friends and family spring break

Overall the house was a great place to spend a week. The location was great. It had a great beach out front that is almost all sand where the kids and adults had a great time boogie boarding in the large waves at the beginning of our stay. The last few days were calmer where we were able to snorkel in the reef to the west where we saw lots of different fish. There is no ac in the common area which wasn't a huge deal for me since most of the time there was a nice breeze the kitchen could've been a little bigger but overall the house and location was great. The pool was also a nice space to hang out for those that didn't want to go in the ocean and was cleaned mid week.

The property is like the pictures. It has basic amenities. We grabbed pool and beach toys from the store. We had a great time. There was plenty of room for all of us.

Beach Retreat

We were a group of 7 traveling down to Puerto Rico for the first time and this home certainly didn’t disappoint! It was spacious, clean, and the amount of space/rooms was perfect. Situated along a gorgeous strip of beach was the icing on the cake! Calvin was extremely responsive with the check-in process too. Would definitely visit again!

July family vacation

We stayed at the Coastal Paradise beach house the first week of July of the current year, and we had a great time. A very spacious home with plenty of room to roam around for a large family like ours, and only a few steps from the beach. We enjoyed listening to the waves crashing on the shore at night from our very comfortable beds. Our host, Calvin, was easy to reach and reacted promptly when we brought to his attention some uninvited critters in the house. He took immediate action to eradicate them and was very apologetic for the inconvenience as well.The overall aesthetic of the house was appealing and very beautifully decorated, but unfortunately, the furniture in the house and on the patio was in need of a deeper cleaning to remove spots and rust to ensure a spotless experience for all guests. Additionally, suggestions of updates the house could benefit from were provided to the host. Apart from that, our overall experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this house to those looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

97th Papas birthday family reunion

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The pool and beach were enjoyed. Perfect spot for a sunset. Cavin, the owner responded to our needs personally and immediately. Our 6 families had plenty of room and absolutely love it!! Having the two kitchens and five bathrooms was great. I will come back!!

Amazing place!

This house is beautiful!! Better than expected. Everything was very clean. The rooms are very comfortable, and nicely decorated. The location is great, near supermarket and places to eat. The beach was very nice, and to have it right there in your back yard is priceless. The host was very nice and responded quickly to my inquiries. I would recommend this place 100 % and would definitely book again.

Great beachfront property away from crowds

Our family enjoyed this home in front of the beach. It accommodated our large group easily and even has an apartment like area downstairs with its own kitchen. Awesome backyard area with pool, which is where we spent most of our time. Calvin was accommodating and checked on us via text. If you are looking for a place away from the crowds during this pademic time this one works great.

Beautiful Property

This house and the beach in front were stunning! The rooms were beautiful and airy and the pool area was gorgeous. Luckily, we really never felt like we wanted to leave. However, the kitchen could use some restocking (limited dishes and cookware). There was an açaí bowl place down the road we liked, but not a lot in the walking vicinity. We got some yummy take out and enjoyed being on the property. The beach was just gorgeous.
