At 310 E Pine Avenue in Wildwood, NJ, you'll be steps away from the Famous Wildwood Boardwalk and FREE beaches! This luxury condo is bright and airy and offers a pool, 2 car garage and ample amenities to make your vacation feel like a home away from home. Our first floor unit has an updated full kitchen with anything you'd need to for cooking and dishwasher for easy clean up. We even have a washer and dryer right in the unit!

Would you rather not worry about cooking and get take out? We're centrally located between so many restaurants, grab something yummy and enjoy dinner outside on your private deck.

With 2 bathrooms, getting ready will be a breeze. Our unit is equipped with a private master suite and tv in every room. Our second bedroom offers a full sized bed and a twin while the third is another spacious queen sized bed. Have an extra guest? Use our queen sized sofa bed located in the living room!

Long day on the beach? Did we mention we have a pool! Stop out back and take a dip or rinse off in the outdoor shower area.

The possibilities are endless with this unit and location. Not only are you walking distance to the boardwalk, but you get a front row seat to the Friday night firework show right at the end of Pine Street! This family friendly unit is waiting for you to come make memories and relax!

Great place and location

We had a great stay. Hosts had great contact, very understanding with check in and friendly. All downside were the fruit flies that were pretty bad in the kitchen and would recommend a king bed in the master bedroom.

The house is beautiful and we felt very at-home there. The hosts were very helpful when we couldn't work the TVs in the bedrooms. Would've been a 5-star stay if we could've figured out how to work the AC on our last night. The weather was cool for most of our stay and we didn't need the AC. We were unable to operate the thermostat and unable to find any instructions or the owner's manual for it. I have no doubt the hosts would've helped us but it was late in the evening when we returned home and I did not want to bother them at that time of night. Everything else was really wonderful.

The condo is great sized for a group of 8. Its really close to the beach which is great. They have a pool and beach stuff in the garage free to use, which is a plus. My only callouts are the sofa and armchairs covers are a bit dirty and the two beds at the third bedroom are a bit small and uncomfortable. But overall is a great place to stay at Wildwood.

This property is well maintained clean and comfortable. We had 6 adult family members staying. We all had space and did not feel crowded at all. We were completely satisfied with our stay at this property

Worth it!

Everything about this listing was absolutely worth it! Private parking, easy check in instructions, close to everything near the beach, and so much more. The hosts were quick with responding and were extremely nice people! I will definitely be renting this property again in the future!

Wildwood weekend

The condo was perfect! Larger than it looks online, super clean and well appointed. We had everything we needed there. The location is superb! One block from the beach and boardwalk and right by Morey’s Piers. They also have ample on site parking. The owners were extremely easy to reach and helped us with all our needs. Could not have been happier with this place!

Great Place To Stay!

Overall this is a very nice place to stay if you're planning on a Wildwood vacation! Bed rooms are a good size, living room was very spacious. Very nice front porch to hang out on. All modern appliances and everything was up to date. Pool was clean and always available to use. Very very close to the boardwalk which is nice, so not too much walking needed to get there. Only down side is we have trucks and had to park 10 blocks away. Out front of the house is metered parking which gets filled up by the neighbors with reserved parking passes... Thank you for having us, we all enjoyed our stay!

Great location. Really close to boardwalk/ beach and several restaurants. Very clean. A lot of amenities. Due to small bed sizes (full and twin) in third bedroom I’d say this condo sleeps 6-7 comfortably. In order to sleep 8 as description states you must utilize the queen sized pull out couch in living area.Property has a two car garage that accommodates two smaller vehicles. I only noticed approximately 5 on street parking spots as most of the street was residential driveways or business parking lots. We stayed “off season” so we had no problems with street parking. Just a heads up incase you are traveling with large suv or more than two cars. Overall our family had a great stay at this property!
