Great location with easy access. Comfortable house and rooms.House was just sold so some maintenance issues seem to need attention- dripping kitchen faucet, carpet in master bedroom needed stretched, carpet needed cleaning, burnt out light bulbs, some shades weren’t working.,

The items mentioned in this review were also reported to us during the guest’s stay, and our team responded promptly each and every time he reached out. As with any frequently occupied vacation rental, particularly toward the end of a busy summer season, minor maintenance and cosmetic wear can arise. Items that can be addressed during a guest’s stay are handled as quickly as possible, while larger cosmetic projects, such as carpet stretching and deep cleaning, are scheduled when the home is not continuously occupied. We appreciate that this guest communicated his concerns to us during his stay, as that gave our team the opportunity to respond to them at the time.

Didn't Want to Leave

We had the best girls weekend here - we all joked we wanted to buy it and we'd go in 1/4 each. It literally has everything you need: The parking is ample which is rare at that resort and the setup was perfect since everyone had their own bathroom. The hot tub was a hit as well. We're already talking about when we can go back!

Our annual Golf and Football Trip

Once again this property meets all our requirements! Close to all the exceptional golf courses, great restaurants a pool and hot tub for relaxation on site and a comfortable den to enjoy college and NFL games. The registration process is seamless and the house is always immaculate! We are already looking forward to next year!!

Great spot/ location!

This place is awesome. Exactly what we needed for a golf trip. Pool is awesome. Lots of rooms. Great location. Nice to have access to the resort as well which is a 5 minute walk away. Would highly recommend!

We felt right at home with this amazing property. They homes are close Together, but once you walk inside nothing else matters you’re literally transported to another magical world. We love the house and all of the amenities. We will stay again

They house was great! It was very roomy for all the teenage girls and my mom and I. It only took us about 6 minutes to walk to the beach. The private pool was very well kept and it was nice in the back yard.

Clean, spacious, close to Tower, quiet, safe, Master bedroom on the 1st floor for those who can't do steps. This property is true to its photos and ads. Now one of my favorites!

Absolutely not worth it. Would not recommend this property and certainly will never book with itrip again. Terrible customer service. Very bad experience. Amenities and accommodations do not meet price point.

We’re surprised by this review, as our records show only one maintenance concern was reported during the stay (an ice maker), and our team responded promptly with an offer to address it. No other issues regarding amenities, accommodations, or the overall experience were communicated while the guest was onsite. The only additional communication occurred on the morning of departure and related to travel concerns due to weather. While we always aim to be helpful, weather and travel decisions are beyond our control. We offered flexibility where possible, including adjusted checkout timing, though no request was made. We stand behind both this property and our customer service. We encourage guests to notify us of concerns during their stay so we can assist in the moment.

Well another outstanding trip to North Myrtle Beach and North Beach Plantation! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It's such a great property to gather as a family. Love the pool and the astro turf backyard! Service was excellent! Appreciate you getting us in and taking care of us!!
