Nouvelle maison avec vue! Cette propriété de luxe dispose de doubles maîtres, piscine privée avec vue sur l'océan, les marais et les palmiers à gogo. Le niveau principal a un plan d'étage complètement ouvert parfait pour les familles ou les grands groupes. Brisez les portes du rez-de-chaussée ouvertes sur le patio et la piscine privée. Les cinq chambres sont spacieuses. Les deux maîtres ont une salle de bain privée. Les trois autres chambres ont un accès direct aux salles de bain complètes. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this host. House is better than described - beautiful and spacious, with incredible ocean views. Best part was having access to a heated pool in February which made our family's stay more relaxing and enjoyable.

A perfect family vacation

The property furnishing were well coordinated in my favorite colors. The elevator was a big plus…..and my granddaughters loved the pool.

Wonderful stay!

Property was wonderful and clean and very close to the resort/beach. The pool area was spacious and the option to heat the pool was perfect for our family. Quiet corner lot and communication with the owner was always quick and friendly. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Lovely stay at Mark’s home! It’s a beautiful house in a nice spot. Heated pool was fantastic (esp since the weather didn’t cooperate) and Mark was extremely responsive to all our questions and needs!

Loved Southern Comfort!

It was a remarkable place to have a family vacation. First off, it was very clean which made for a very comfortable stay. Having access to the resort and the beach was also such a plus. Also, having the pool at the house was awesome. The location of the house was so nice with Barefoot Landing across the street. We would definitely book this house again and refer our friends to it as well.

Beautiful Home

Home was very nice and close to the beach only a 5 min walk, or you could get picked up by the resort shuttle. Every room 3 of the 5 bedrooms have their own on suite and the other two rooms have a bathroom. We had a great time!

Perfect stay for a family

This property was everything it described and more. It was absolutely beautiful. There was more than enough space for our party of 10. Having access to the resort was an added bonus. Mark was available whenever needed and made our stay seamless. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. I would definitely recommend this property to any family looking for a relaxing vacation.

This is the life!

When we arrived and jumped in the pool the first thing my young daughter said was “Mommy, this is the life!” And I think that embodied our trip. Mark made sure everything was perfect and was so helpful before and during our stay. The place is cleaned really well - better than many other homes I’ve stayed in. Loved it!

Wonderful property and experience

Traveled to Myrtle Beach with the family and another family. Had a wonderful time. The house is fantastic. Beautiful pool and plenty of room. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and resort pools and restaurants. Could not have been easier. The owners were fantastic also. Very responsive to any questions before and during the stay.

Family Trip

This was our first family trip with 6 adults and 2 kids. We were nervous about finding a place to fit us all and this property did not disappoint. It was large enough that each family had their own room and bathroom with an extra room to spare. Everything was so clean and well put together. The amenities that came with the house was an amazing bonus as well.

The Southern Comfort house was better than expected. Even before we arrived, communication was super-- friendly, helpful, and prompt. Upstairs 2 bedrooms share balcony with ocean view, the other 2 upstairs share a bathroom. Downstairs is another bedroom, full bathroom, and large open room for living room, dining table, large island and kitchen. Big slider doors open to pool and deck. We appreciated the pool has shallow play area for our small children. Kitchen was so well stocked with everything needed. The house is beautifully decorated but still felt "at-home". We used shuttle service for transport to beach and resort pools but honestly we used the pool at the house most days. Our family loved the beach house!

Family Vacation

This house was perfect. It met all of our needs as a family. The location was not only beautiful but also perfect walking distance if we wanted to exercise and walk to the resort pool with the babies. We could see the ocean from this home, which I love. The pool in the back yard allowed us to still have sun time while the babies napped. Mark was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and informative of the area. We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family to relax and have our vacation. We will definitely be back.

Family getaway

The property was beautiful. Elevator was invaluable for the grandparents of the group. Kids absolutely loved the heated pool. Mark was very accommodating. The water pressure at the sinks was minimal and the high heat burner at the stove not functioning properly; the other burners too low. A disappointment to this home chef. We would rent this home again.

Thank you for your feedback and rental. We had a professional technician adjust the gas burners to the optimal setting. Some of the vanity sinks have low flow faucets but we have rented this house to over 200 times and have never had any guest raise that as an issue.

Exceptional house!!

We absolutely loved the house, the location was perfect for walking to beach and resort pool area. The property was exceptionally clean. It had our dream kitchen and ceilings. This was the first house we have stayed in that had a pool, that was very convenient, we enjoyed laying out around the pool and going for a dip to cool off. Mark, was very accommodating, he even allowed us to extend our stay. Great memories were made with our family that consisted of three generations. Ages ranged from 86 to 18!! The elevator was a definite plus for grandma (and us when we were feeling lazy, lol). We highly recommend this property and would love to return in the future.

Perfect family vacation house!

The house was perfect for us! We loved the pool, with the shallow area of the pool for the little one and for lounging. The outside patio, tables and chairs were our central gathering area, and so comfortable in the shade. Loved the view of the marsh and the ocean, and the sound of the frogs at night in the marsh. The house was big with lots of space to be together or to have privacy. Super clean and beautiful. And only a short walk to the beach! The only thing that could have improved our stay would have been a grill cooking outside. But all in all 5 stars and would stay again for sure.

Back to school vacation

Omg the pictures of this beautiful home don’t do justice.The pictures are beautiful but the house is more beautiful in person. We stayed at our pool more than we did at the resort pools and beach. We had ages running for 11 months to 79 and each and everyone loved it. It’s very spacious and has everything you want or need on vacation. Oh yea the elevator was a big plus as well. We are already booking for next summer. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Unbelievable home, phenomenal location!!

STOP LOOKING AND BOOK THIS HOUSE!!! From booking this property to questions about the area I can tell you please look no further. This home is out of a magazine and EXACTLY the images you see online only better in person. Mark was so responsive and patient with all my questions since this was our first VRBO and our first trip to South Carolina. The cleanliness and maintenance of the home is obvious when you pull in the driveway. We arrived late in the evening and the lights in each room had been left on which was a small but significant gesture. Mark had communicated to me that a pool light was out but we could still swim and that it was scheduled to be fixed the next day. I couldn’t believe it when the pool maintenance showed up to complete the installation the next day, as promised. We had a blast exploring all the restaurants and loved Blueberry Grille, Taco Mundo and Hamburger Joe’s thanks to Mark’s recommendations. Without hesitation, we will be back and have already started looking at additional properties Mark has available since this one was so incredible. Thank you Mark and Crissi for your hospitality and beautiful home during our stay to SC. You’ve set the bar for VRBO homes 10/10!!!

Windy Hill was extremely clean, well maintained and a perfect location for a guys golf trip. The property has an open concept living space on the main floor/kitchen, with the perfect walk out from main floor living area to patio/pool.

Designer decorated, the open floor plan of the main level was the most attractive part of the home to us. The large open kitchen w/ oversized island lends itself to having several people in the kitchen at the same time. The covered patio is an extension of the living area & the break away doors is like a wall that opens up to the covered patio and our private pool. Perfect for entertaining and large families or groups.
