Barndo Hideaway!

Barndominium, conveniently placed between Lake City and Cadillac- the best of both towns! The spacious living area on the north side of the pole building, tastefully done, and tucked back off the road, is a great place to getaway to Northern Michigan and enjoy all the area has to offer. With 4 Seasons of Fun, the area is home to many inland lakes, ski resorts, and great places to eat and shop! This property has hiking trails throughout the forest backdrop, and is also close to RV trails around Wexford and Missaukee counties. Be advised this property is used for owners business storage on one side- other side which is living space is rental. There are exterior security cameras at entrance which is for when no one is renting. We have not had any issues but want travelers to be aware. Any questions, or concerns please ask.

Used as a base for a family gathering on Crooked Lake. It worked out great!

The building itself was great. However we were not given any check in instructions and the contact person didn’t get back with us until an hour later. We had gotten in by walking around looking for an open door. Also, the hot tub did not have chlorine in it and my son ended up with hot tub folliculitis and needs to be on an antibiotic and steroid. We paid over 700 for a night to stay here. We’ve never out of all our Vrbo stays had such an awful experience.

Home was a perfect location near Cadillac. Accommodation was good for family of 8. Nice to have two bedrooms with king size beds. 7 years old grandson forgot to leave his picture of Deer & Moose that he did.

The property is beautiful, quiet, and close to town, but far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. An absolutely beautiful place to stay. We had 12 people in our party for the weekend, and it was perfect. We would recommend it to anyone.

Long Weekend in Cadillac

Bicycling Trip Overnight

Everything was as advertised. The manager/owners were great! Only issue we had was it was a little hot in there even with the portable ac units. But other than that it was great! Would stay again!

Plenty of room for all of us. We enjoyed our stay. Blackstone grill was so nice to cook our meals on. Because there isn't a washer and dryer more bath towels and kitchen towels are needed. I would stay there again.
