Unit 902 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1427 square feet unit on the 9th floor with 141 square feet of balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an attached master bath with a jetted tub/shower combo. The 2nd (guest) bedroom has 2 queen size beds, guest bathroom has a walk-in shower. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa. Luxury vinyl plank floors throughout the unit. Kitchen has a KEURIG and a standard drip coffee maker. Unit occupancy is 8 people. ONE SET OF BEACH CHAIRS ARE INCLUDED WITH THE RENTAL!!!

The only thing that needs to be done to the condo, is the dryer trap needs to be replaced to keep the lint from getting everywhere (no big deal, just thought you should know). The mattress in the master bed has seen better days. Just felt like we were sleeping in a hole. Other than that everything was great. Will stay at Coral Reef again.

It's a great location on Thomas Drive away from a lot of the crowd that's closer to Pier Park. Elevators are super fast. Pools are nice and parking is easy. This particular condo was nice and kitchen was well stocked. The furniture in the living room and mattress in the master bedroom need to be replaced. And the carpet is worn and stained. Despite these minor things, I would stay at this condo again and will definitely stay at Coral Reef next time I'm in PCB.

It was unusually cool and windy this trip so we couldn’t really enjoy the beach but we still had a good time .I wished the condo had a hot tub would have come in handy with the cool temperatures other than that the condo was great. This unit had major issues, drains in bathroom n kitchen would not drain, dishwasher didn’t work properly. The room was not clean, found candy in sofa and dirty clothes under bed from previous tenants. Tried using tub with jets, but rust and black particles shot out. There were no linens for the pullout. Most of the outlets are loose and didn’t work. Ac worked great and kept unit cooled. Balcony furniture was great.
