Sleeping Arrangements:

I can sleep 6 people in the unit.

2 Queen Beds - Sleeps 2 each
Queen Size Air Mattress - Sleeps 2 each


*Please make sure to request the Air Mattress and Pump if needed as well.

Parking:

There is parking for 1 car, for additional parking it would be street parking.

At night parking may be harder and you may have to circle around the block to find a place to park.

Space and Size
My unit is about 600 square feet.

TV
We have a smart TV in the unit, we have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon apps configured, you would need to have your own password ready to use them.

We don't have cable tv in the unit.

No Smoking:
We don't allow smoking of any kind in the unit, although guests don't always follow our policy.

If the unit smells like smoke and it makes you uncomfortable and want to cancel let us know, you don't have to stay in the unit and we can refund any unused nights.

Please make a note that the unit may smell like smoke if this is a concern please avoid this listing.

**Guests that do smoke will be charged $500 fee for clean up. No Smoking is allowed.

Dishwasher: (if included in the listing amenities)

To save on costs I leave the dishes and plates cycling in the dishwasher, please acknowledge, if you need my cleaning lady to come help let me know.

Washer and Dryer: (if included in the listing amenities)

To save on costs I leave the sheets and towels cycling in the washer and dryer, if you need to use it you may take anything inside out or can send my cleaning lady to help.

Amenities:
If you need anything extra please let me know, if it's part of the listing amenities I can have it brought over like towels, or blankets.

Make sure to pack shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hand soap, shower gel, as they aren't provided in the unit.

Guests
Anyone coming whether visiting or spending the night needs to be added to the reservation.

This is a self check in unit, the lock box for this unit is located at the property.
