Very well decorated and cozy. Very clean and all amenities were perfect. Unlke the previous reviews, the bathroom had extra hot water and excellent water pressure. The beds were very comfortable. Really liked the quality of the sheets. According to locals we spoke with the vicinity was a few blocks away from a bad neighborhood. We did hear some gun shots, but never felt unsafe. It was close to downtown Hattiesburg and the Lucky Rabbit. We would definitely stay here again! It was precious!!!!

Cute and comfortable

This little cottage was super cute and actually felt more spacious once inside than I expected. The beds were very comfortable and everything felt fresh! We had everything we needed for our short stay in the kitchen, as well. WIFI would be a nice addition. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but we were in town for a soccer tournament so not actually at the house very much other than sleeping.

VRBO sent us to wrong address. The owner noticed it after we could not open the door to access the cottage. The owner realized it and sent us to correct location. The location sent to initially was in a sketchy neighborhood. The owner was the BEST in getting us to the correct cottage. Alena

Tidy and cozy

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, but close to everything. It was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals. The only complaints I would have are the lack of WiFi and Luke warm showers. Apparently WiFi wasn’t listed under amenities. I failed to notice that. However, it’s odd to have smart tvs in the home with no WiFi. I just ran off my hotspot, so no big deal. (Screen mirroring didn’t work) For some reason I don’t understand, the water is hot coming from sinks, but Luke warm coming from both showers. With the hot water turned all the way on, it was not hot enough. I would also suggest better blinds in the king bedroom. They are see through and let too much light in.

This is the cutest house!! We had a blast! Hattiesburg really surprised me! The house is in a great location, super close to WCU and Southern Miss.

Precious cottage that is clean and very well decorated. The washer and dryer is a plus. Close to downtown and campus. Water temperature and pressure is perfect. Beds and living room seating are comfortable. Feels like home way from home. No WiFi but local TV channels available. Phone worked fine without WiFi.
