 Camp Conex originated from the idea of building a hurricane proof camp in Shell Beach, La.



Our camp was built for your overnight fishing and hunting adventures. We offer 3-bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a urinal and sink on the mid-deck.



We have 5-twin beds and 1-full size bed. Each bed has clean linens with plenty of pillows.



This camp has an upper deck and a mid-deck with amazing views.



We offer smart TV's with high-speed Wi-Fi. We have a total of (5) T.V.'s in the camp and decks.



We provide coffee K-cups with a fully stocked coffee bar.



We have a 500 lb. ice machine and drink cooler on our mid-deck.



Our mid-deck and upper deck have plenty of seating to eat at and lounge.



Minutes away from the best inshore fishing in the country! This place is on angler's lifetime bucket list.

Good stay, place was clean and comfortable.Refrigerator was full of old items which were in the way.Site advertised that there were a washer and dryer available, but there was none.Other than those things all else was nice.

The property was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities were excellent such as the boat slips, ice machine and comfort. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Shell Beach Fishing Vacation

An absolutely great place to stay and experience the great fishing. Everything was clean and organized. Plenty of amenities and entertainment options. Hope to make a return trip in the future.

Great location - not in the smack middle of downtown but close enough to walk to everything (Bird Dog is right across the street). Best shower ever. Washer and drier! compact but has everything you need.

Summer 4th July trip

Camp Conex was within walking distance to Campos Marina, our family of 7 felt very at home & had everything we needed to enjoy 4 days of fishing & some down time spent together!!! This place is truly a little gem!!! Our favorite place to sit as a family was outside on the deck watching the sunset!!!! The ice machine was a plus as well!!! Well worth the stay!!!!

Conex location and amenities were incredible, as was the host. Unfortunately, I thought I booked a third night, but did not, so had to cut a fishing trip short to move out, but the owner was understanding. I look forward to staying at Conex again in the near future.
