Located on Shoals Creek (near Happy Hollow Marine) in Florence, this A -frame Chalet style house has two wrap-around outdoor decks and great views of the lake! Three levels: Main, loft and lower levels allows space for everyone. Sleeps 8 -1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 full bed and twin mattress in closet for small child. 3 full baths, 2 living areas (on two floors). Dining room attached to kitchen. Two large televisions. Laundry room. Ceiling fans. Dual controled AC/heat for two levels. Parking for 4 cars.
Home offers ample indoor and outdoor space for guests to relax and unwind. Fully stocked kitchen. Two tables for outdoor dining. Comfortable deck furniture with large umbrella, swing, grass yard. Gas grill and large aluminum cooler on deck for your drinks. Refrigerator and freezer on dock to keep your drinks chilled. Picnic table, glider and Adirondack chairs on swim dock.
Whether you're exploring Wilson Lake and Quad-Cities or simply enjoying the ambiance of the house, this vacation rental is the perfect home away from home.

We had 4 couples and were in town for a music festival. House was great and everyone was comfortable. Deck had a great view and quiet surrounding. Host was easy to contact and address any questions we had about the property.

Nice property, well appointed for the ages of our group. Very short stay so we did not have the opportunity to enjoy the water, but it certainly was inviting! The host was communicative and accommodating to a couple special requests. Would stay at this property again!

The house worked great for an overnight visit for graduation. Even though the kitchen was not pictured, I was not disappointed and wished I could have stayed longer.

The house was clean and the set up was perfect. 3 kids, one teen and 5 adults and we had plenty of room and our own spaces. Great outdoor deck for morning coffee. Had a very pleasant stay.

Beautiful home... great for large parties

A gorgeous over look of Shoals Creek, which is about 1/4 mil wide at this point, so it feels more like a lake. Large home with 3 floors, two of which have decks to enjoy the view.

Guys golf

House was very clean and well kept. Had issue with the code lock that owner assisted with. One of 4 “bedrooms” was an open upstairs loft and z as second was a bed in a living room space on lower level. 4 retired guys made it work but may bd an issue for some. House very well stocked. Quiet area on river.
