Palms at Wailea #802 this spacious, tranquil 1022 sq ft unit is very spacious & comfortable. It’s fully furnished with travertine tile floors throughout the unit, has an expansive living room with ocean breezes and ceiling fans, a beautifully remodeled gourmet kitchen with all the essential utensils & kitchen tools, a dining area, a master bedroom, 2 bathrooms, and a large 289 sq ft tiled outdoor patio. Dining outdoors on the patio is a must! - with 2 lounge chairs and a dining table, you can dine while enjoying the cool Maui breeze, surrounded by the immaculate garden grounds and a view of the ocean. The master bedroom comes equipped with a Cal King-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a master bathroom, and air conditioning. Wonderful ocean and sunset views from the second floor unit and can sleep 3.
Same-day bookings and those arriving within 48 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.

The fabulous Keawakapu Beach is just a short 10 minute stroll from the Palms at Wailea. This beach is world famous for its great snorkeling and long walking beach. The Palms at Wailea is a gorgeous property; lush with tropical landscaping. There is a large pool and hot tub that is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean from the pool area. We are pleased that our properties at the Palms at Wailea have been chosen to be featured in the number 1 selling book "Maui Revealed" and their website. These properties were chosen because of their superior quality and great rates!
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

Everything amazing if you are looking for a quiet calm environment.The pool was disappointing mostly because there were no umbrellas, so we went to the beach instead, which is the best beach we found.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has everything: beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards. Cozy and quiet with a marvelous view of the ocean from the deck and bedroom.Plenty of cabinet space in a complete kitchen with an induction stove top. Also roomy closets in hall and bathroom. Beautiful property, well-appointed, very clean. Lots of space! Check in/out was very easy. A steep walk to the beach when you’re loaded up with stuff, would consider driving down if you have a car.

Awesome Unit

We’ve stayed at this property once before and loved it. Unit 802 had an amazing view, was very clean & comfortable and provided a great place for some R&R. The beach is a short walk and shopping and restaurants are close. We will definitely stay in 802 again.

Perfect Condo for a beautiful vacation

My husband and I have been vacationing in Maui for over 15 years and usually stay at the Palms. This unit was our favorite stay to date. The unit was updated, nice decor, comfortable and was a quiet and peaceful location. We look forward to staying here on future trips.

Quiet, close and big lanai!

We have stayed at many properties on Maui and the Palms is our favorite. This unit has a lot of square footage and the lanai is wonderful . You can walk to the beach and the Shops at Wailea very easily. The pool is awesome also. The property managers were ultra responsive and friendly. We will defiantly stay here again

A week in paradise

This property was perfect for a week in Wailea. We spent nearly every night on the lanai watching the sunset. The size was ideal. The kitchen just the right size and well stocked. The location was nearby our favorite walks on polo beach and right in between Wailea and Kihei dining options. Even the TV situation was great. Thank you, Rachel, for such an awesome property and a springboard to wonderful memories.

Good location but room for improvement

Place was clean and had the basics but it smells moldy.. the couch was not giving the sense of cleanliness and it was smelly. There is no AC they have unit AC in the bedroom

Location is great. Condo very spacious with a great lanai. Property manager , Rachel, was great. The furniture is all very old and needs replacing. Dinette set chairs are horrible, cushion part totally flat in the middle. Even the lanaii furniture needs replacing.

Relax at The Palms

We had a wonderful two weeks at The Palms. The unit is very well appointed and clean. It is located in a quiet area on the property and has a wonderful view. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner on the lanai - what a great way to start and end your day. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are a bonus - went to the beach every morning to walk, read and relax. We have stayed at The Palms many times and would definitely book this condo again. Thank you, Rachel, for all of the updates - the information was very much appreciated. We hope to return next year.

Lovely apartment. Spacious and comfortable except for a couple of things
Master bed softer than I would like. Foldout couch I think would be good for your kids. I slept on couch cushions on the floor. Not bad. Property manager was very helpful sorting out the light switches and always answered our questions promptly. Thank you! !

Glorious

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed. The beach was a short drive away. The pool was great. We had no complaints at all. We knew going in that the main area didn’t have AC but we opened windows and let the cross breeze do its thing. The only thing I would suggest would be to have another fan. We moved the fan from the bedroom to the living room in the evenings. Over all wonderful experience. Would totally book this again.

Awesome condo!

This was our second Maui trip (our honeymoon!) and first stay in this condo; we just loved it! It is spacious, has a beautifully updated kitchen and lovely big lanai. It was well stocked with all the items we needed for our daily beach excursions; great umbrella, beach chairs, towels, surf noodles, cooler, boogie boards. Big oversized comfy furniture in the living room and much appreciated AC in the spacious bedroom plus a safe for peace of mind. Lots of towels, sheets, dishes; truly a nice, quiet and clean unit! Rachel is a dream to deal with, she is why we chose this unit as is the same property manager for our last stay. She is top notch and has lovely, helpful personality. We would highly recommend this unit to any of our family and friends and so look forward to our next stay as Wailea is truly beautiful and near all of our favorite beaches.

Great Place

This was our first time staying at this condo as well as our first time staying at the palms of wailea. The condo was great. It was very clean, had all the amenities you would need for your stay including beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards etc. The unit is nicely decorated and has many upgrades. It was very nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed the lanai, very quiet and relaxing with a nice view. We ate on the lanai every day. The pool and hot tub area are very nice as well as the surrounding grounds. There are many beaches and shops close by to enjoy your day at. Rachel is great to deal with. She made the booking process very easy and worry free. She responded to any questions or concerns we had very promptly and offered us great suggestions of things to do and places to go that made our holiday more enjoyable!! Looking forward to many more return visits!!!

Heavenly Palms of Wailea Vacation

We traveled to Maui for vacation and to attend our friend’s wedding (wedding was eventually cancelled due to the fires). Rachel, the owner, was in communication with us the entire time and we can’t thank her enough. The condo is absolutely beautiful. Being on the second level we had dinner on the lanai watching the sunset over the ocean almost every evening and breakfast in the mornings. It had a well stocked kitchen and BBQ. Great beach equipment for snorkeling, boogie boarding, and umbrella. We had mixed emotions being there with the devastation at Lahaina and out of respect, only stayed in southern portion of the island and help the locals wherever we could. We will definitely stay at this unit again and can’t wait to come back for better circumstances. We highly recommend this condo! Kihei, Wailea, Upcountry, and East Side Paia to Hana all need your business especially now and are completely open and unaffected. đŸŒș Mahalo đŸŒș

Great Experience

Hy husband and I returned from our 4th trip to Maui and were very happy with our choice of accommodation. We were hoping to stay again in 2014 but alas the dates that we need are booked up. We were very happy with the spaciousness of the condo, the updated kitchen is beautiful and very well equipped. We travel with friends and their 2 children who were staying at their own unit, they came over for dinner often and there was plenty of room for the 6 of us, even enough room more than 1 person in the kitchen! We loved the lanai, it has a great view, and more than enough room for all the comfortable furniture. It was so nice to have our own grill! I thoroughly enjoyed my mornings with the birds serenading me.The suite was missing a few items but Rachel was very quick to supply them for us. We were very well taken care of. This condo is great value for the Palms, on VRBO I'd say this is one of the nicest! I highly recommend it!

Great experience!

My wife and I just finished a wonderful week in Maui! The condo was very clean, compfortable and spacious. The bed was very, very comfortable and the a/c in the bedroom worked well and quietly. There was no a/c in the living area but it never got too hot for me. The breezes in the afternoon kept it a reasonable temp but my wife did retreat to the cool bedroom a couple of times. The lanai was spacious and great for afternoon relaxing and star gazing at night. It was also very nice for morning breakfast and coffee. The kitchen was modern and well equiped for cooking. The outdoor gas grill worked great for several meals. The unit was very quiet with no noise heard from units below or next to us. The property was very quiet and well maintained with beautiful landscaping. The pool area was fairly small but was clean and never crowded. We walked the 15 minute walk to the beach and along the beach every morning. The whole Wailea area is very clean and beautifully maintained. There were numerous beaches within a couple of minutes by car. We snorkeled with a couple of turtles at Ulua beach and Polo beach was good for boogie boarding. Casanova's in Makao offered a glorious italian dinner our last night. After driving through Lahaina on the first day, we were glad we stayed in Wailea. It was just so much more peacful and beautiful than any other part of the island we saw. Blue Water rafting was a great adventure. We did the 5 1/2 our tour and loved every minute. A minor point was that our door code stopped working at 8:30 check out day but we met some wonderful people by the pool while getting it sorted out. Rachel was great to work with! She was very attentive to our needs and replied quickly throughout the reservation process! Overall a wonderful experience and we will be back!!!
