As you enter this air-conditioned home away from home, you are greeted by a welcoming open floor plan. The living room provides you with a wonderful spot to unwind and create everlasting memories together - play board games after a fantastic day at the beach, stream entertaining movies and shows on the smart TV, or simply enjoy an absorbing chat while the electric fireplace adds a nice ambiance to the living area. This area opens onto a screened balcony with views of the community water feature and a kid-safe magnetic dart board. When mealtime comes, surprise your family with a spectacular homemade meal prepared in the well-appointed kitchen, complete with all stainless steel appliances and a convenient Keurig coffee maker. Sleeping arrangements consist of a main suite with a smart TV and an en suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a smart TV. Additionally, there is a stacked washer/dryer available for added convenience.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
There are five steps up to the first floor.
There is no cable TV. Streaming only with guests' personal login.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
