This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bath villa in Palmetto Dunes sits right on the 11-mile lagoon and features a first-floor bedroom and bath for easy access. Just a short 5-minute (400-yard) stroll takes you to the beach and the Dunes House, a favorite spot with a beachside restaurant and bar. The General Store is right around the corner, known for its hearty breakfasts and legendary fried chicken at lunch. During the season, enjoy the complimentary Dunes Buggy shuttle to Shelter Cove’s shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Inside, the villa has been freshly updated with an open floorplan, new flooring, lighting, ceiling fans, vanities, upgraded trim, renovated baths, and modern kitchen features. Gather around the new dining table for 8 or unwind in the comfortable living room with brand-new furnishings.

Accommodations were as pictured, clean and comfortable. Loved having breakfast on the deck overlooking the lagoon and watching the wildlife before heading to the beach for the day. Easy walk to beach.Will stay again if heading back to Hilton Head.

Second year staying here with the family and wouldn’t want it any other way. Can’t beat the location and all the space. The lagoon is a great backdrop for eating breakfast as well as dinner. The beach is just a quick walk down the road and the ability to just take a bike to the general store is amazing. The kitchen could use a little more silverware but that’s an easy fix. Overall this place is definitely at the top of my list for our annual trips to HHI.

Beach Time!

Beautifully decorated home, with well stocked kitchen. Our group of 6 toured Savannah, then finished our week here. Loved the welcome packet information. Short walk to the pool, and beach. Walked to the beach restaurant for supper and awesome music!

Villa on the Lagoon

Overall we had an excellent stay in this comfortable villa just a short walk from the ocean. Our kids and teen grandchildren each spent a week with us and had wonderful time biking, beaching, and enjoying the resort complex. We would definitely come back to this ideal location.

Great Family Beach Get Away!

Our stay in Palmetto Dunes was amazing! This property was beautiful, clean, and conveniently located near "everything" Palmetto Dune's and Hilton Head has to offer! Our family had so much fun riding bikes, going to the pool which is right outside the door, and running on the beach in the Palmetto Dunes Turtle Trot. We also enjoyed the peace and tranquility that this villa offered!! Tom was a great host and was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed anything!! We will definitely book this property again!!

Wonderful accommodations for my family. We fit 8 of us very comfortably. Walking distance from the beach and right next to the pool. The host sent the instructions for getting in and lots of information regarding the area. The only problems were that we didn’t get the free parking pass like advertised and the air conditioner could not keep up with the heat outside. It stayed 80 degrees in the house throughout our whole stay.
