New Private Studio - UCR - LLU

This studio is fully new construction which located in a very quiet cul de sac. It attached to the main house in one side and isn’t contiguous to any neighbor. Our cozy cottage is small, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples who work or take vacation in this area. The home includes a queen bed, A/C & heating unit, Wi-Fi, full kitchen with all cookware and brand new appliances, full bathroom, big closet with mirror door, plush linens, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and keyless entry.

This home is the professional designed new unit renovated from top to bottom, with brand new appliances (no washer and dryer) an expansive split A/C and heater system which operates super quietly. Special touches include comfortable queen size bed, big dining table, humidify sensor fan and moving sensor light in bathroom, scheduled entrance light and bright backyard security light, solid wood picnic table in own private backyard, Keurig coffee maker with complementary K-Pods and cream & sugar.

Please note there is a 250 dollar fee for broken or damaged items and for breaking our house rules.
This includes but not limited to, checking out late, bringing additional guests not stated on your reservation etc.

Please be aware breaking house rules will lead to additional charges and your reservation possibly being terminated.
Guest access
Studio is Private with a private side entrance for guests (Attached to main home, but will not interact with main home at all). No shared spaces.

This is a beautiful, quiet and peaceful area with easy access to freeways and many places.

-about 4.5 miles to UCR (University of California, Riverside).
-about 6 miles to Downtown Riverside.
-about 7 miles to Loma Linda Medical Center.
-about 4.2 miles to 215, 91 and 60.

So this is a place where you can relax in a new house with nice neighborhood; enjoy the peacefulness and beautiful view of mountains; travel to the places with easy access.

Sidewalk is in the whole neighborhood. There is also about 6 miles trail to walk .

No TV, washer and dryer.
